After several surgeries, epidurals, opioids rx, and still I had chronic pain, I started looking for a different way. I was introduced to pain reprocessing by my pain mgmt doctor. What I have learned about mind-body connection has been transformational. Now I’ve switched my whole outlook to a more holistic approach which incorporates new things like yoga and tai chi. Bottom line, I was lucky to be open-minded. So, Amen! Preach it! On point 🙌

Id say my biggest issue is taking kratom daily. But i still go to the gym 3x per week and work full time. Im in pain alot still lots of ups and downs. I get sunlight daily. I hope i can still heal using kratom . It does help me at times i can see how it can be detrimental

I've always told my clients that less is more . Concentrate on form and quality of what you are doing. I remember when doing Aikido one teaching was one Technique mastered is better than a thousand learnt. Matt the pilates teacher

found myself in some of these... phone addiction is closely correlated with condition you're stuck in, as you're too f*cked up to get into some social interaction

This is a brilliant video. In my own experience, I had much better results subtracting "things" from my mind and life rather than adding. Thank you very much for these reminders!

This is a good and important video. The cherry on top was the challenge to pick two items from the lists and write out a plan to mitigate them. I knew immediately which would be my first two. The first thing I did when the video was done was to add the action plan to my daily list of things to do. Thanks for putting this online.
