As always, your philosophical/metaphysical videos are my favorite. Your metaphors are great, and your explanations are clear and from the heart! Many thanks!
Love this 👏🏽. Lately I realized how much I did not attend to other plants in my garden. So I felt lost. I stepped back to reflect on balancing. Feels more eyes wide opened and relaxed . 😊
Meditation alleviates suffering by letting go of struggle on the relative level. Exercise-based solutions are involved with trying to fix struggle at the relative level. These are different approaches which have different explanations on how to alleviate suffering. Meditation recognizes that there is nothing inherently wrong with any appearance in consciousness, but rather how we relate to it. Exercise-based techniques for the purpose of alleviating pain recognizes that there is something "wrong" with how we are moving and by "fixing" or "improving" that, we can feel better. See the contradiction?
@@ChaplinPerformance ah I see. Although not all meditation is the same, there are some which specifically intend to address ie energetic imbalances in the chakras and such

How is it having a "contradictory viewpoint" to be practising different techniques?
