Great song, great performance, a perfect 10. When I was much younger there was a bar we frequented that had a free jukebox on Tuesday nights. It wasn't the greatest place I ever went, but it had some good points (no pool, just shuffleboard). Thanks for picking this one and the perfect reaction!
Ok that was such a great song that you found their Dawn and definitely a good one to start the morning with a yeah I sent it before you did that one was a 10 for sure yeah that was just some good old solid gold traditional country music there hands down
“And they’ll never stay home…And they’re always alone…Even with someone they love” is the last verse of the song, and comes from Willie’s song “My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys”, which has always been one of my favorite Willie songs and don’t know why I haven’t requested it yet. You should react to it Don. Maybe I will get a couple of I’ll second that from fellow subs
I only remember hearing that line in "Mama's don't let your baby's grow up to be Cowboys" I'll have to go re-listen to Heroes Just looked it up and Mama's was written by Ed Bruce also...
@@saremile Ohhhhhhhh my gosh. Yes I screwed that one up. You are right. It’s from “Mama’s don’t let your babies grow up cowboys”. Glad you you straightened me out. Thanks. I must quit trusting my memory !!!
Great song. Great reaction.
Love Ward. He has a ton of great stuff
Yes, Willie hits a Home Run..."Where the Q-sticks are straight"...on point, for sure...mesmerizing. Thank you Don, makes my day.
Great choice! What a fun song!!
Love Willie. That song painted a picture!
You said that you gotta bring Willie in to hit the home run. Can’t argue with that but I think Jamey hits the grand slam!! Great reaction!

That song and this one are both written by Ed Bruce. And I loved them both before Willie sang them.
