how did you make that last visualization? When I try to import the glb file into Blender I am unable to load the colors too, the mesh appears in a shade of gray.

I personally don't know how to keep glb color in Blender (maybe possible), what i used here was Nomad Sculpt (not free one) as viewer. instead you can also use Microsoft Paint3d which is default app for Windows (after win 10) - this method video is in progress now.
