Kinda glad he had that heart attack that led him to acting. He's been a favorite of mine as long as I can remember. I was born in 1957. If he's in the cast it's gonna be a good one.

Well, before he passed away...he played Standish in perhaps one of the best movies of it's time....The Flight of the Phoenix (1965).

Thank you. He was magical and hilarious in the Little Foxes film. He said he played the bad guy because he knew he was too small and his face too soft to play a leading man. He may not have been the leading man in Little Foxes, but he stole every scene Bette Davis wasn’t in.
