As soon as you guys split your team looses coherence. Instead stick together within 3-5 meters even if compromising cover. You won't dodge bullet anyway, better to shoot faster. When you stick close you have better capabilities to cover all angles that enemy can vector on you and cover each other when re-loading or assisting if hit (one can suppress one can throw smoke and drag wounded into safety etc. Also, if enemy spots you (also in PVP game) when you're team is at range and therefore he is at range too - then it means that its effectively 4v1, which means you have very high success rate in winning without anyone being shot down at own team. I know that enemies are spread across the mission area but you don't have to cover all of that area - just the spot where your team is, and if acting as fire team you get 360 security, and there are even lesser angles of enemy approaches. Therefore, its better to move as team into objective and focus on those angles - if they wish to get to you they will have to use those vectors of attack. It's offense by defense of your hold ground and maneuver into your objective, instead of trying to get to them.
Always stick in formation as fireteam, you will have even better success.
