reminds me of the COMMANDOS series.
there's another awsome one-of-a-kind-Game (a Hybrid) called HIDDEN AND DANGEROUS 2 (one of my absolute top favorite games ever, its pretty old form the ealy 2000, and the missions are imaginations of "real" SAS missions from WW2), there you can switch between top-down-tactical-map and FPS. its pretty Hardcore (tactical, fast kill, carrying weight matters, no ammo pickup) but with very bad AI for today. you can also plan the whole mission in advance and play it out while jump in FPS if something unexpected occoures and stuff. (as far as i remember that is, havent played it in a loooong time). has to be experianced, cause theres nothing like it. its super cheap and pretty often on sale too. maybe check it out sometime :-)

Very similar to a game I have played for a while on Android IOS called "breach and clear" however that one is turn based. Really gets the brain ticking on tactics though and one wrong move and it's over and out.

Hello GLID!, which mouse do you use for playing games? You commented on this video about binding the rotate keys (E & Q iirc) to mouse buttons. Do you also use buttons for "peeking" in other games like ground branch and ready or not?? Thanks!!
No mate I did not bind E and Q to mouse I use a logitec pro gaming mouse. Watch the next thunder tier one vid I talk about the key binds and camera changes that makes the game so much better..

Do you have any experience in real life with thermal? I have been told that it does not work through walls (ceilings) or even glass (regardless of visibility without thermal) as we (civilians) have been taught to believe. Any truth to that?
Yes thermal does not work through a roof but does through windows. Detection range is also limited.

No, making sure someone is dead is not against anything. You shoot to kill. Unless he is alive and surrendering and it's safe to approach i.e no other contacts around you should not shoot him again. But if there are other contacts around and you drop one and he still has his weapon near him and he is moving, we normally feed them two more rounds to make sure they stay down.
How did you manage to sync shot right at the start? I just can't seem to do it. I get them to focus target but when I press open fire they don't do anything.
You need to talk to them like I do 😉. Jokes aside you line them up then initiate with taking the first shot like I do in the vid.
