A Taxi Driver (2017). I just watched it and it’s instantly one of my favourite films. A triumph on every level I will also say Synecdoche New York which is such a powerful film and easily in my top 5 all-time
I recently just watched Taxi Driver on 4K. One of the best transfers I've seen. There's a lot of movies I can think of that would be great on Criterion. The ones that come to mind that I'd like to see would be Manhunter (1986) and A Midnight Clear (1992). Both are very underrated films that no one ever talks about.
Some good picks. I have to agree with "Phantom of the Opera 1925" and "King Kong 1933." We need more classic Universal on Criterion. Along with Phantom of the Opera, there is 1923s Hunchback of Notre Dame which is good and features Lou Chaney. Both films are currently public domain. 3 weird movies I'd also love to see is "Phantom of the Paradise 1974" and "Freddy Got Fingered 2001" and "Its a Summer Film! 2020."

I will try to suggest some: Sorcerer 1977, Style Wars 1983, I never sang for my father 1970, the panic in needle park 1971, planet of the apes 1968, the king of comedy 1982, she’s gotta have it 1986, raising victor vargas 2002, the crying game 1992, the commitments 1991, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge 1995 Criterion needs to add a few Bollywood films, A separation 2011 Iranian film, about elly 2011 iranian film, goodtime 2017, within our gates 1920. I would’ve added just another girl on the irt 1992, it just got a release from Paramount. And for the love of GOD Hardboiled and The killer lol
You have some kind of auto-focus setting on your webcam that keeps adjusting. If it can't be fixed just hold the movie up at your position because it's really not adding value to the presentation.

I’ll definitely have to check some of those out! I really would love for criterion to do a 4k of the killer and hard boiled!
