One of the few drummers where you can still appreciate the entirety of the song by listening to his drumming alone. I could quite happily listen to his drumming with no other instrumentation or vocals. Creative genius, pure and simple.

Saw this LIVE with The Smashing Pumpkins after Jimmy Chamberlin was re-placed on Tour with Matt Walker; he C-O-M-P-L-E-T-L-Y ruined the pacing of their songs as they played E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G too fast. They would've been better off going back to a Drum Machine.
This has a totally different feel to the full mix. The full mix is brutal and unforgiving, but this is pretty funky. You could actually rewrite the song based solely on the funky drum sound, and that's really rather cool.

Tengan en cuenta que en los estudios de grabación pueden usar cualquier tambor, no necesariamente el signature, y si es de otra marca y modelo diferente por contrato con la marca Pearl no puede decir al público que tambor y batería usó en grabación respectivamente...
Un ejemplo, que es un secreto a voces, Lars Ulrich para el álbum negro no usó TAMA ( marca la cuál representa hace décadas), uso una Ludwig del año 60 y el tambor era un Ludwig Supraphonic, secreto que revelaron años después los ingenieros y técnicos de sonido del black álbum ( nunca fue dicho por Lars por obviedad de contrato comercial con Tama pero tampoco lo desmintió)
Sin duda jordison era para mi el mejor y más talentoso artistas de todos los que forman la banda slipknot excelente musico gloria eterna para ese grande de la bateria
