    How are you measuring the pulley diameter? Bottom of the groove, the edge or with the belt on the pulleys??

    Best teacher I ever came across..can u pls explain about air pressure in duct(static and velocity pressure)...relation between air pressure,air velocity and CFM....I'll be really greatfull...im surely gonna recommend this channel to all my friends in this field

    At 3:55 you can‘t say % (it is 94% Or 0,94 But Not 0,94%).

      Yes. It should be 111%, not 1.11%. The increase is 11%, or multiply by 1.11, or its 111% of the old.

    How to choose motor size when the blower wheel material differs. It is centrifugal fan DIDW Double Inlet. Existing blower fan is made from aluminium material (67kg including shaft) which later replaced with blower fan made from mild steel material (93kg including shaft). Now how to determine the horsepower of the motor since new blower wheel will be heavier. Everything else remain same except the blower wheel weight.

    Sir i have 29 hp d engine 2200 rpm with 6 inch pulley. Tell me water fan pulley size? Because i have 8 inch water fan pulley. In this position tube well water though is best but engine on some fast speed?

      What device are you using? Tested on iphone, laptop, LG and tablet and audio is fine.

    Thought this was how to calculate fan displacement. You already know the displacement, this is just calculating a new ratio.

      Sir do u have any suggestions now ? I kinda hard to believe it is such a pain to search design procedure of a fan as a cooling device to reject heat out from a generator. My schematic system was pretty simple since it doesn't need any motor. The fan will be installed on the rotor inside a generator to circulate the air. But I don't know how to choose the proper design and sizing of the fan.

    can you advise on belt slippage?

      If it's slipping then tighten it. Check its clean and nothing is causing it to slip, buy a deflection guage and check with manufacturer for allowable deflection but 3-5mm is typical
