    I drink Echinachia red clover licorice root dandelion and mullen or nettle and burdock and elderberry like 3 times a day..ans i just startwd using goldenrod alot of this found in my yard

    I thought "Elderberry" had to be boiled? Comment on that?

      Black elderberry no boil. Red elderberry has a different compound that can be toxic and needs boiling. Please research this on your own, as this info is from decades old memory and may be inaccurate.

      You need to take large and I mean large quantities of elderberry, more then a person can consume to get any type of poisoning from it..Hope that help..I am an herbalist

      @@hmartin751 I just gave myself cyanide poisoning from black elderberry three weeks ago from an extract sold as capsules. I don't think this is harmless.
