Please share this, please tweet to Joe Rogan, share with him. And learn more at www.carnivoredietmovie.com. I thank you all so much and love the carnivore community. My triplets turn 16 in a few days! Taking them to a Waterpark today, 4th of July! Something I could not do last year! My arthritic foot would have been agonizing. So blessed and very thankful for my health, family and my new life! And my purpose in life is to help as many other people who are hopeless (like I was) and share the truth.❤

I think a huge chunk of credit must go to Mikhaila Peterson, who was largely responsible for getting the ball rolling with her dad, through the example set by her own experiences. Through discovering this lifestyle, she lifted herself out of a black hole of despair, and once out of it, she threw back a rope for us all to climb out of that dark pit.

She was the first person I saw regarding carnivore. Then I started seeing everyone else. Then I saw butter made my pants fall off and I got started! It then became a journey to heal my liver, gall bladder, arthritis, skin issues, depression, and what looked like an autoimmune disorder and off the charts inflammation. The weight is taking care of itself! People are delusional regarding sugar. It is the number one addiction. Cancer is a huge money maker and the majority of doctors EVER suggest nutrition! I've heard it myself!

It's been four years of anorexia, counselling and almost weekly dietetic appointments for 3 years, and five days of carnivore and i feel like a different woman. I could just cry as I've felt that I would die young from anorexia.

size from very tight 38" to slightly tight 36". I now tuck in my shirts. Just did my first 3 day fast, I
could have gone longer but I don't want to over do it. I might fast like that once a month, and try

To all new carnivore commenters who are having issues: give it a chance. Your body is going through a transition to better health. Almost one year for me (at 73 years old), and I'm still dealing with changes, but I keep telling myself that my system can and will heal itself if given the chance. I have to consider my advanced age, but I'm trying to be patient and not panic when something feels different or odd, because I want to keep giving my body a chance to restore itself. We were all brainwashed to run to an M.D. at the first sign of something "wrong." Me, I'm done with the medical racket and am giving Mother Nature her due respect and time to do the healing. I wish you all well.

Hi from Wasilla Alaska... So , I just turned 56 last month and I’m morbid obese. I’m over 700 lb ( seven hundred , yup ) needless to say I’m basically bedridden and I had to have a toilet installed next to my bed years ago as I can only walk a couple steps. I know I’ve reached the end of the line and if I don’t make a drastic change I won’t be in this world much long. My body is telling me that,, my dreams at night are telling me that
About six years ago I was following the diet of another RUclipsr , Dr Berg , and eating a high meat and fat diet but was doing around 50 carbs per day also. I did that for six months and I was feeling the best I had in a very long time and I could actually walk 20 or 30 before I had to sit down , but I slowly slid back into my high carb high sugar eating and proceeded to gain well over 100 pounds just in the last couple years.
I wasn’t always this size, in my younger years I was extremely active outdoors with wildlife photography, fishing, hiking, and partaking of all the wonders Alaska has to offer. Ah the good ol days =( It’s been 4 years since I’ve actually been outside. My life now is looking through the window. Anyways I could go on and on.
The last several days I’ve been watching nonstop carnivore diet videos on RUclips and I feel it in my soul like never before that I need to start this change of life diet/eating immediately. I’m even tossing around the idea of recording my experience and maybe taking others along my weight loss journey with me on RUclips, although I’ve never done anything like that before. I’ve seen others on here losing up to 250 pounds on the carnivore diet... I’m 6‘2“ and my ideal weight is 200 pounds which means I need to lose over 500 pounds. Maybe I can actually make a couple bucks and can afford the grass fed beef as opposed to the cheaper steroid and hormone soaked beef that you find at Walmart . Collecting Social Security disability doesn’t really allow you to to eat $30 steaks every day lol. Anyways, this turned out to be waaaay longer than I intended...Sry for that. Keep an eye out for a ginormous 700 pound guy from Alaska sitting in bed with a guitar in his lap ( was a professional musician decades ago) talking about starting the carnivores diet in the near future.. whether I decide to record my journey or not, I need to start the carnivore diet immediately if I want to stay on this planet much longer. Take care and God bless everyone =)

I did carnivore the first time at 26 (40 years ago) when preparing for a pageant, and looked phenomenal. I did Atkins in 2010 and dropped 35 pounds in 3.5 months. I've played with other forms of low carb weight loss my entire life (I have PCOS), including the hCG diet.
I had COVID (Delta) September 2021 and rather than get the clots in the lungs, my heart went into A-Fib. I was EXHAUSTED. (If you've experienced A-Fib, you know what it's like.) I went on THREE different beta-blockers and I would bust out into A-Fib 1-3 times per week, and I was anal about taking my meds! I had two different cardioversions in the ER trying to bust me into a normal sinus rhythm and all those did was burn the skin under the paddles. (It's defibrillation, but they sedate you so that you don't remember or feel it.) I finally had a cardiac ablation in December 2021, and that fixed the A-Fib...but then I was dealing with an extra 20 pounds that I gained from the beta-blockers that refused to budge!!!
I discussed going on keto with my electrophysiologist at a follow-up appointment and he was concerned that my electrolytes would get out of balance if I dropped my carbs below 50 grams--that's not enough to even get into ketosis--so I kept trying other things but nothing worked. I finally heard about LMNT and bought some, so on May 27th, I started something between keto and carnivore. Some days are total carnivore...but some days, I have a few cherry tomatoes or cucumbers. Hey, it's hot outside and so long as it cools my body down and doesn't knock me out of ketosis, I'm good!
At any rate, I've lost 15 of the 20 pounds, and once I've got the last 5 pounds off, it'll be time to renegotiate the next part of my journey. In my head, I want to get somewhere between a previous pageant weight (ah, vanity is thy name!) and my high school weight, which is a bit higher than the pageant weight. (It's an appropriate weight for a 5'11" man...and since I'm a 5'11" female with good musculature, it's a good weight for me. Not perfect, but good.) Seeing how I'm not going to do any more pageants at my age, I'll happily settle for my high school weight! I also know that I will have significant loose skin, thanks to being 37 for my only pregnancy--more of that vanity--so I will have to factor in time for autophagy to happen.
Keto to ketovore to carnivore is where it's at for health and longevity!

I was on Carnivore for a couple weeks and a couple of my kids came into town. My son really wanted Mexican food because he lives in Hawaii and can't get it. I broke down and ate Mexican food that one night for dinner and I paid the next three days. You just don't get how bad food is for you until you go off of all the bad stuff. My son and I are putting the plan together to start carnivore this month. That includes necessary supplements, and going through the refrigerator and the pantry to throw out foods that are outdated and donate that which does not align with the carnivore diet.
I’m 58 years old and my son is 26. I’m, overall healthy, I have always been semi-athletic, but I have also always struggled with my weight, as well as ongoing health issues, IBS, fatigue, depression, etc, and those problems are progressing with age.
My son is healthy and handsome, and challenged with autism and eczema. He has many aspirations for his future, that would include becoming a power lifter and a survivalist, and that’s just the short list 😁.
Anyway, we’re both excited about the prospects of the diet. I’m equally excited about your documentary and looking forward to finished product.

I have a suggestion: You should do a video titled something like: one paragraph "everyone please post your carnivore success story/results in the comment section of this video." Basically have people tell what they're doing, how long they've been doing it, the results they've seen, etc...Just reading all the comments here in this one video here is awesome but imagine having one video where someone who's looking for motivation and inspiration can read what people have to say. It's probably the comment section that got me to jump into this WOE a year ago. Just my two cents but got a feeling it would be huge and very helpful.

Telling my N=1 story to help get the message out there:
During the extreme lockdown here in the Philippines, January 2021 I was obese type 2 with pre-diabetes and high blood pressure. I was suffering from metabolic syndrome. I understood the comorbidity I had as a 58 year old would greatly affect me if I contracted the Rona. I had to lose fat, reverse hypertension, reverse my NAFLD and reduce my HbA1c.
Sitting in my armchair at the beginning of lockdown I saw that the keto/ketovore/carnivore diet claimed it could ‘cure’ my ailments. I watched a bunch of videos and tried to make sense of the linked papers supporting the claims. End result was that it simply made a lot of sense to me.
8 months later, whilst still sitting in my armchair (most of the time). I had lost the 30kg/66lbs of fat that was required to get me down to a ‘normal’ BMI, I GREATLY improved my blood pressure to the point it raised my wife’s eyebrows, she’s a First Responder. My blood sugar was well back in to the ‘normal’ range and I vastly reduced inflammation.
I also reversed IBS that had controlled my life for 40 years (I lost jobs because of it), got rid of decades long debilitating heartburn, my Testosterone went up drastically and I stopped snoring … my wife is happy 🤓 I was ‘foggy’ & forgetful, possible early stage MCI, I sometimes also slurred my words and forgot what I was talking about mid sentence, this has completely reversed! Undiagnosed but recognised by my family I got out of a bad case of lockdown depression.
A few months ago I further decided to cut out most vegetables from my meat heavy Keto WOE, only adding on occasion a little onion, garlic, green peppers and tomato for some flavour… always salting to taste. Improvements are continuing with a pace with better mental health, blood markers, skin condition etc.
Simply eating nutrient dense meat, HEAVY in animal fat, eggs, seafood, salmon … single ingredient real food is all it took …
Whilst cutting out processed food, sugar/carbohydrates and seed/‘vegetable’ oils and most dairy.
We THRIVE when eating our evolved, species specific Proper Human Diet along with some intermittent fasting to mimic the way our ancestors survived.
I’m sure there are thousands upon thousands of people that have similar anecdotal stories to tell … Please tell them … get the message out there!

I found your videos 26 days ago and just wanted to try it out. I have IBS and GERD, no longer have a gallbladder, and various other health issues. I started adding more fat very slowly, otherwise I have problems with digestion. Both have improved in the last 7 days after years of no improvement. I've had a few slips. But every time I realize that an ice cream is not worth it. We bought a Ninja Creami and I'm going to try to make Carnivore Ice Cream with Stevia. Currently I'm trying to minimize my consumption of diet sodas and stevia candy to keep improving. Unfortunately, I can't stop eating sweet-flavored food cold turkey. I've lost 6.5 pounds so far. I have to lose another 130 to be where I want to be. But after years of taking medications that make it harder for women to lose weight and even gain weight easier, I'm very happy that I can eat normally and lose weight. I even talked my husband into this lifestyle for high blood pressure and LP(a) reasons. He's on the second day. Even others I will try to talk into at least trying Carnivore. Thank you for you videos.

I get rid of my knee pain and dramatically reduce neck problems (childhood injury). Stop the constant hunger and munching, no bloating and consistent bowel movement. Not 100% carnivore but only strict keto and except mustard, olives, garlic and onion no plant food. Past 30 but moving towards animal based food from 20. Stop eating and avoid oil for over a decade, from store bought bread to sour dough home bread to none. From consuming soda and sweets daily to rare occasion.
But i considering quitting also the onion, even thou i love the taste i feel worse after. Olives are no problem and also garlic if i dont overeat it too much. Its 3 or 4 month now and just recently get over the blandness of constantly eating meat. Now i prefer meat over sausages and even those have to be at least boiled and hot when eaten. Start to prefer stew over fried meat and beef tallow over lard. Stop having cramps and liver cravings cause i get plenty of minerals and vitamins from food. Even thou i have many mineral supplements from chromium to zinc i rarely use them.

Hi everybody so inspired to hear what everyone else is experiencing on the Carnivore diet. I recently turned 60 and have been on a keto diet for about 2 years, but always struggled with my sugar addiction (I have a seriously sweet tooth) I keep my self fit running and gym. I have never really been overweight, but as you age you think you need to accept that things will get physically worse, but I wanted to take control so I believed I owed it to myself to do just that with Carnivore. I have now just completed my 25th day and lost nearly 5lbs in two weeks. Even though my bodyweight has stabilised, I can visibly see the fat leaving my body despite eating so much more fat. Go figure..! Ketosis in full swing I guess. Sugar cravings have dropped dramatically and I never crave snacks. My family and friends all tell me I'm harming myself with this diet, whilst at the same time happy to tell me about all the medications they are on. Initially I was only planning a 30 day trial, but I cannot see how reverting back to carbs is in anyway anything other than a step backwards. Keep up the great work and power to the Carnivores..!

My bmi and blood data was bang in the middle and yet i started a very restricted keto diet.
BEEF,FISH,EGGS,AVOCADO,BLUE CHEESE AND BANANA /RASBEPRRIES AS DESSERT.
HAD A LITTLE INFLAMMATION ON LEGS IF LAYING DOWN , LASTED 2 years which i thought was due to shoulder issue…..NOPE…it was gone after 5 days of diet.
After 1 month i lost some love handles and lower stomach weight ,however i have not weighed my self as i dont have a scale😅
I am eating at 1 and 7 pm and my hunger is like a swiss clock…amazing🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

71, on carnavore 6 months, off blood pressure medication, weight normalized, gum disease reversed, arthritis (I don't feel it anymore), I think my bone density is improving, I am resistance training, walking and doing jiu-jitsu 3 days a week now.

I find your videos inspiring...I am 54 years old and type 2 diabetic. I found carnivore right after my diagnosis in 2017 and reversed it completely. Then in 2020 I got cancer and after that I had a really hard time sticking to zero/low carb due to depression mostly. I didnt let myself get as sick as I was in 2017 but I did backslide and gain weight. My a1c was 5.6 when I was on carnivore last time and i just had bloodwork done and its 10. When I was diagnosed originally my a1c was 17. Today is day three back on hardcore carnivore...meat and salt, thats it. I can already feel a difference. Looking forward to feeling great again and losing weight. Thank you for your energy and your inspiring videos.

Zoe Harcombe’s way of thinking really resonated with me. She’s an intelligent voice of reason, and her lectures are filled with British humour.

It's all the fluid in your body. It's the first thing I notice when I go on carnivore in the first thing I noticed when I go off of it
