Thanks. I'm gonna buy one. I hope it works with winged tree seeds. I get a lot in the spring.

I should work if they are dry, if they get really wet it might have trouble. Thanks for Watching and keep me updated.

@@alanrogs3990 I had a similar issue, (shared in another post here). Stihl could do a better job of marketing this product. Echo puts the compatible models for their Gutter Cleaning Kit on the outside of the box. Stihl includes it, but it is inside the sealed box. I had to go back to my local dealer and trade the leaf blower for a compatible model (that was $60 higher). I am a Stihl fan but would have bought the Echo to save $50 had it not been sold out everywhere around here. Home Depot wouldn't even take orders for it so they must be having supply chain issues. I used it briefly and it seems to work pretty well. Would work better if we hadn't had rain this weekend before I got the compatibility issues worked out. It beats going up and down ladders. We have a lot of trees that are way too close to the house.

Hi, thanks for making this, is there any reason why I can't use this kit with a wet vacuum and suck wet leaves out?

You can try it, but I think it will clog up, but I am not really sure.

Sounds like you need to clean the spark arrestor on that blower, I clean mine by removing it then soak it with WD40 and light it, let it burn off then brush with steel brush, takes two minutes

I see some reviews on Stihl's website that say that the elbow section blows off at higher throttle speeds. Anyone have any experience with that issue?

@@JustADad Thanks for the review and the reply. I purchased one last Friday, (and a new leaf blower since my current leaf blower is a backpack style). I got to my local store right before they closed for the weekend. Unfortunately, I had to take the leaf blower back the following Monday to trade up. Stihl doesn't tell you on the outside of the box what models the Gutter Cleaning Kit fits and I had bought the BG 50, which is not compatible. I used the assembly briefly after exchanging for a BG56 CE blower and my first impression is that it works pretty well.
