When you first started GA did you ever think that things would take off and turn into such a big business adventure? Wow, I just am in awe! You and Aaron have done so much in a short time! Have you ever thought about creating a Christmas package/basket of 5 things picked my purchaser ? For example - a pair of snips, a pair of Felcos, a garden answer merch( Laura hat) , a watering wand and maybe Laura's special hand picked winter sowing seeds packaged in an amazing way. Maybe also add a wish list widget so people can go and select what they want for Christmas or other special occasions. Holidays are right around the corner.

I was away so I’m just catching up on GA videos on this New England rainy day. This will probably get lost so I will post the same comment more than once so you can see it. Haha (like the tape in raised bed and this warehouse video)
Please PLEASE consider creating a drip kit (maybe a few garden sizes) to sell on your GA website. Connectors, faucet reducers, supply lines, drip tape, couplers, enders, landscape staples, etc. all the things! Maybe a deluxe kit with a loaded packout! I have saved and watched all the drip system videos, including Monica’s house, then visited my big box store and I’m still overwhelmed. I have a raised bed garden in Massachusetts that would be a perfect test site!
I think people would buy these kits. It would be a starting solution for so many! I would be a grateful first customer. 🙏🏼

May I make a suggestion for the shop??? Pop-up bags! I’d rather support you than other online options.
I thought the same thing! 😍 The ones I can get here (Denmark) are made of thin thin tarp material and they break easily or the actual pop-up system, doesn’t quite do the trick. Laura’s seem so sturdy and pop-ready 😁🙏
I bought a pop-up bag from Gardeners Supply, an employ-owned company,in Vermont. Great company!!

Ken also is a keen woodworker and made your wooden worktop covers in the studio when you first got the room installed didn’t he? He’s been such a help and support to the channel through the years and very talented at a multitude of things it seams. Garden answer is lucky to have him 🙂

I ordered the navy blue kneeling pad and I love it. My Grandson Roman asked me to get the "little boy" size for him 😊 He is 4 years old and already a gardener. Picking out his own varieties of plants has been one of his favorite things to do this year. Now hes patiently waiting to get his and is so excited to have very own.

I recently ordered an auger from Garden Answer and something went wrong with the USPS and they lost my shipment. I spoke with Heather at your warehouse and after following with the post office your end and mine it was determined that it was lost along the way. Heather was so great and has shipped out another auger. If the original order does show up I will let Heather know and pay for both. It will be a great gift for a fellow gardener. What a transformation a little pruning can do. Just received my new pink kneeling pad and I LOVE IT! I have never had one I’ve liked until now and I’m not saying that because it’s a Garden Answer product on your website. I’m saying that because it so true it has saves my knees. It’s soft and the bright color allows me to find it amongst all my other gardening accessories in my shed. Thank you so much Laura and Aaron (and the crew) for all you guys do to help us beginning Gardeners succeed.
And to think i stumbled on to you back in 2015 while searching youtube for growing a garden, you had about 10,000 subscribers and lived in the condo.
We have bought many things from your store in the last 1 1/2 years…it is nice to see the new warehouse and how it looks. The Felcos , the kneeling pad and the Mesto Sprayer are our favorite. Your orders arrived quickly and everything has been just as you described. I just recently purchased the Laura Auger for my husbands Birthday…he just turned 75 and I knew he would love it for planting things…he was really happy with it…Thank You !

Oh, Laura. :-) You gave me a smile when you retrieved your Felcos from the "pile." I have done that several times at this point (I'm 72!) ... and it's always such a relief to find them before something terrible happens to them. The red handles were truly inspired!

Thank you for showing the warehouse and the rest of the team. I just received my order, "THANKS PAUL & KEN", both boxes came promptly, and ready to use. I ordered (2) of your larger green kneeling pads for when I will eventually try to work in the garden, but they came in handy, lol😂 as "floaties" in my FIL pool one evening. LOVED THEM, I do know they are NOT approved as a life saving device, as I teach safe boating courses, but presently I'm in Northern CA., clearing out my FIL home, and we have had some pretty hot days, it was a welcome relief to just veg out and not have to think.
Thanks again to the GARDEN ANSWER team for all your hard work and efforts in educating us, bringing useful products & information in regards to gardening, pest control, proper ways in propagation, and all things garden.

Good Morning Laura, hope this message finds you all well, I just wanted to say how wonderful my kneeling pad is, my husband ordered the pink large one for me. Wow wow wow, love the pink and it’s a lot bigger than anticipated. We live in a little town called Barnsley, in South Yorkshire, England and I must say that that we didn’t find the shipping costs over the top and to say it came from the USA to ENGLAND it didn’t take that long to arrive. This item was well worth the wait. In fact I have just said to my husband we need to send for another as a present to my father in law for Christmas. 🎅 look forward to ordering a manly colour for him. Thanks again and love to you all. QUESTION: Can the Felco snips be taken apart and cleaned like the Felco 2's?
I ordered two kneeling pads in the pink-one in each size 🩷 They were delivered just in time this past Friday for me to use the larger one in the yard. The smaller one I’m using inside when cleaning floors-they are the best kneeling pads!

It's great that you have so many wonderful people as part of your team. Must say that years ago I was a huge etsy shopper. I don't remember what I bought from a new merchant, but 2 months went by with no purchase to be found. It turns out the man was a talented artist with a knack for selling... thus having bunches of sales.... but Dang, he was disorganized! He had names & addresses but somehow lost track of who bought what... and that was just one issue that contributed to huge shipping disasters. It took awhile, but he stopped all sales, sent out messages to us all, and with the help of a friend, set up a tracking system. It worked out in the end, but as he explained, selling is easy, shipping isn't! Glad things are working for you! Thanks again for our day trip... it was fun seeing the kids helping you... so cute... and love your mom's shrimp wall! Keep cool!

Since watching your show I have put in a parterre garden, made a beautiful shaded area with a dry stream, raised veggie garden, a flower strip and am going to put a small pond in my inside yard this and next season. Wow I had no idea you had such a big warehouse thanks for showing us. I am always surprised that your team aren't using a mulcher and mulching all the cuttings and putting them around the plants or composting them. You have so much that could be put back on the soil to save water loss during summer and also protect plants during winter.

I have accidentally dumped hand rakes, gloves, pruners and pruning saws. Not all at the same time but had to buy new ones each time. I try to account for all my tools when I start shutting down for the day. Just bought a new Felco pruning saw from y’all. Can’t wait to use it. Thanks for sharing items as well as your life. 🥰😎
