Does Hua Hin have a local Immigration Office or Must you still have travel to Bangkok or fly to Penang Malaysia

Yes it has a popular immigration service in Blúport shopping centre and the it has the other a bit further out maybe 15-20 minutes drive. If you just have to do your 90 days then you can do this online once. So easy, thanks for your comment 😀🙏

Hello Dean, can you also enjoy the monthly rental price if you only stay for 26 days or do you really have to pay per night for a stay of less than a month ?

@@sengtagoreseng4714 Yes that's true, but if you want to stay for 26 nights is that around 18200 bath and when monthly rental price is possible is it around 14000 bath. If i'm correct at least. Thanks in advance !

Interesting, not an easy answer when we set the monthly rate for online bookings we set it for 28 days. However each property owner is different, as this is so close to the 28 days we would probably allow you the monthly rate and give you some days back.
Hope that makes sense, if it is a online booking then we have no control and it won’t even come up with the monthly rate, but booking directly we can do what we want as long as it is not too busy. Paying the daily rate is a killer. I like the option of daily, weekly and monthly rate much better. But not everyone does it as the more popular places always are very busy at the weekend due to Bangkok people wanting to stay at the weekend and they pay a premium for this. Thanks for your comment 😀🙏

Its obvious you do not live here, unlike myself.
You are quoting low season prices , which will go up by about 25% when tourist season kicks in.
Also a lot of people stay in thise hotels all year round and a much better rate is available for long term

12000 bath/month for long term stay, the front desk lady told me.

Yes I do live here and yes the video is during low season so these are low season prices, although one of the accommodations does have a fixed price. I think we all realize that some of these are low season prices and when the hotel tells me that it is only for these months then I pass that information on. And you are correct about the yearly rate is much cheaper but again this can depend on when you are fixing your yearly rate during low season or high season. This is to give people an idea of what is available and the prices at that time or within a few months. As soon as we hit November the prices on some of these properties will go up, I think some of the properties that I have covered are already expensive and unlikely to go up until next year. We have a restaurant and Guesthouse so we do live in Hua Hin. Thanks for your comment
