Thanks for the shout out!! I have updated some of those pictures on my Github as I found the vertical USB C was not the most solid when it came to twisting and plugging into it. I should finish my testing on the DIY Power Board tonight and release the Kicad/Gerber files if all goes well.
Anyone have tips on how I could send a pcb design processed through a place like PCB Way? I have never done this and would like to get some NES power boards for no-cut RGB out.
DoujinDance made a PCE/CoreGrafx go 10P miniDIN kit several years ago. I have a couple of them in the same RetroGameRestore shells Zaxour shows his off inside of. DoujinDance’s even use the flat flex cable. Does this new one have a proper composite video amp too?
I appreciate your covering Stanislov's work on the Genesis HDMI mod. I feel like it deserves more attention than it's been getting.
I just wish I had more knowledge of Genesis hardware so I could offer more than “this is cool”

Xstation is my favorite ode. They nailed it and also priced it well too.

Looks like the Genesis/MD board solders right under the Motorola X68000 chip (main CPU).
…some consoles have a Signetic X68000 there but it’s mostly pin-compatible. There is a resistor bodge on some combinations of CPU and PCB rev.
