Kunal Kemmu who played Hardik in the movie has been working on screen since the age of 4. He is one of the rare child actors from Indian Films who has had a pretty decent career even after being an adult. Plus he wrote the dialogues for this movie as well.
Not much noticed when it released. But looking back today, I am proud. When we think that we also have a film capable of getting world's attention... Nice choice guys...

This movie is the perfect definition of a Horror-com . Like the dialogs can get at times a bit to cultural reference or that time news joke but over-all quite a good movie . Was wondering when this masterpiece movie reaction was coming and voila its here. Steph and Andrew you guys are up for a spooky and laughter filled couple of hours
This movie could have done great in the theatres if it was released recently.. absolutely loved this movie 🍿

@@a.kr.p7125 i will not blame everyone but the generation gap. According to me there was large mass of people who don't appreciated this kind of movies they have always supported multistarer movie (three khans, Akshay Kumar and all that ) only for cringey actions and remake but nowadays generation is changing people are more inclined towards online platform watching international things and learning that theatres are much more than that what we have ever seen. And there was always some audience who appreciated these kind of movies (teens) aka our new generation.
This film was a semi hit at the box office. I wish back in those days audience understood this movie and watched it more then the movie would have become a superhit or blockbuster. I wonder when the sequel would come out
Yayy! Now that we've gotten watchalongs for Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Go Goa Gone, a Stree watchalong would be perfect to cap off the (unofficial) horror-comedy trilogy of Bollywood lol.

But they can surely make a superhero universe if they can tie them properly.
We have Roohi whose power are almost like Venom and Shraddha Kapoor's unknown character who has Witchcraft powers almost like Dr. Strange or Wanda - though not that strong I guess 😅.

Some facts/news about the movie:
1) Work on Go Goa Gone 2 has started in 2020, but was stalled due to the pandemic. Actor Kunal Khemmu (Hardik in the movie) had shared the fist look for the movie poster on his Instagram.
2) Saif Ali Khan (the actor who plays Boris) is the producer of the movie and is the Brother-in-law of Kunal Khemmu.
3) The sister of Saif Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan appears in a dream sequence in the movie.
4) Director duo Raj and DK have also made the Family Man, which Jaby has reacted to and you should check out as well.
5) Also consider reacting to A Gentleman (2017) starring Siddharth Malhotra. It is also one gem of a movie.

Yes i have seen many Hollywood movies... still find go Goa gone a cult in this genre.
And great songs with great lyrics for youth..I was in final year in engineering college when this movie released and baba ji ki booty was a instant hit in hostel... while khoon chus le was our go when we got into jobs.

I remember when I watched this when it came out. I was a kid but my uncle loved this movie. I just wished there was more gore. The Indian of course Island is beautiful. it might be Goa most common set and not the tourist grasslands now that I suspect. I have been to Goa and India and It is beautiful
