Religion say's "do this" or "don't do that", relationship makes you not want to do anything that would hurt the person or damage the relationship... So you end up 'doing' and 'not doing' out of love and the genuine desire to please the other person... Religion is man's way to God, relationship is God's way to man...
Um I would encourage to read James 1:27 which talks about true religion and what it is. The Bible uses the word “pure” religion. It’s not mans way to God but actually it reveals God character or how Colossians says Christ in you.

I live by my self surrounded by people always in my life that need real actions and less blabbering. Real implication real motions and less talks. With billions of said people of the body of christ, well divided and even sometime within the pure essence of hating or not collaborating with each others. Said 'denominations'. So, there has been enough noises and 'things' these last decades even centuries, people had suffer enough. Yes, love this clip, I'm at a point where church is not the building anymore, I love to meet my brothers and sisters and pray, worship and fellowship but tired of the timetable, the predictive sunday procedure, even in a biblically strong church there is a hierachy and almost religious flow to the service which is almost puting the Holy Spirit into a time slot. I back my opinion up with the fact that more of our youth are going to nightclubs and party's per hour, than go to church in a week. The big church's specifically around Australia and New Zealand have made extensive investment's in production equipment and worship team training and they are still growing for it. Alongside this investment they have maintained a strong leadership team to ensure everyone feels welcome and is looked after in their church.
I can give it a shot: liberate from the *appearance* that ultimately you don't matter. If you believe that ultimately you don't matter, your thoughts and actions will reflect this. All of that changes if you DO know that you matter, to God, and quite a lot in that. Then you are "liberated" (from that false destructive belief), your perception of the world changes and your life can begin to change.
