I feel less persecuted as I watch fellow ketoheads enjoy the nostalgic mood of the restaurant. You can get weary with cooking all the time and many menus in fast food are quite constricted. Been with you guys for a hot minute and really appreciate your videos.!!
I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory but HATE the fact that they don’t make keto friendly cheesecake. I mean, come on, their menu is already super long, they could easily add a keto friendly cheesecake, no? And yeah, their cheesecakes are mindblowing! Love their other food, too.

I love cheesecake factory but considering it would be so easy to do an actual low carb cheesecake... I wish they had that on their menu.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, been there many times. And the 25 page menu doesn't mean it's a bad place. Every dish is amazing! As far as keto, I wasn't doing that back then. So thanks for the evaluation of the menu for more healthy options. :)

I LOVE Cheesecake Factory! Their California omelet is delicious, as is the ahi tuna dish. Service is always excellent and everyone can find something they like on that menu!

I live in Stockton California and we have Cheesecake Factories all around us. I love it. There are so many options for Keto (compared to other restaurants). And they are actual quite tasty. Definitely great for families. Thanks for taking us with you. Till take care. Also just want to add that I will be 42 in November and I started Keto in the middle of 2019. You 2 have contributed to my success more than you know. I am forever thankful that I found your videos. Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge, opinions and experiences with me and everyone else. I'm sure you've probably saved some lives. Keep it up and keep being you. By the way, I have 5 beautiful children and parenting is challenging even with 2 intelligent adult parents. But you guys are doing a wonderful job. You kids will turn out great. Okay that's all. Australian here, we’ve been to Hawaii a couple of times and our favourite restaurant was the Cheesecake Factory for sure! Actually nearly every Australian who goes to Hawaii refers each other there first. Other places didn’t compare at all.

Cheesecake factory has been around for a long time and yes their menu is large thus giving you a lot of options. My family and extended family have often gone there for lunch, birthday dinners etc. 👍

Cheesecake factory - delicious food, high in calories, large portions, good ingredients. I remember the desserts used to 500 calories by themselves. One of the few restaurants where the food when reheated actually tastes good and butter oozes out - not some synthetic plastic cheese
A cheesecake spice there is 1200 cals +

I love their turkey burgers. (I was told by an employee) they use pulverized mushrooms to keep it moist. VERY tasty.

The few Cheesecake Factories I've ever gone in, with friends, we went right back out again because it would have been like dining on a factory floor--crowded and insanely noisy. (I also wondered how long it would take to get served and get through the meal.) Matt & Megha got lucky with the one in their area, which seemed relatively quiet and not particularly crowded. For anyone interested, for sure go online and STUDY the menu first; otherwise, you're going to waste the first half hour you're there plowing through the options, and going back and forth trying to decide. Of course, if you prep online beforehand, be sure to write down some 2nd and 3rd choices in case a particular location doesn't have your first choices. And yes, bring your VISA.

Cheesecake is easy, I go there every weekend and order medium rare Ribeye with avocado as a side or just the ribeye, is good.
I would love you to go one day to Capital Grille, in my opinion is the best Ribeye.
I just went to Capital Grill for my birthday, Rib eye!!!! It is more expensive than the Cheese Cake Factory.
@@KidneyCancerAdvocate Yes, it is expendieron than Cheesecake Factory and in my opinion it’s worth it, all TCG steaks are on point, they aged their stakes from 18 to 24 days. The knife slips on every cut.

I always order crab cocktail with drawn butter and ribeye and omit all the sides, it’s my favorite cut. Anyway, happy birthday Cindy and create special occasions for a great health and steak🥩
@@olgajimenez3713 My 2 children with BF and GF took me there, What a fun time I had, They ordered a dozen Oysters, Crab cakes, Fried Calamari, four of us had steak, creamed spinach, truffle french fries, mashed potatoes, and everyone had drinks, I can't imagine what the bill was they told me not to worry about it, they got it. What a wonderful birthday and Thank you for wishing me a happy birthday, Yes they should go for their anniversary. I might add one steak was almost raw, we sent it back and the manager came over, they stay on top of everything. The place is very elegant.
Although I'm on keto, I love cheesecake factory. You kind of have to make up your keto orders, put certain foods together that are low carb. But it's a definite home run.

I haven't been there since going Keto because I am not sure I can resist all of the delicious cheesecakes they have, but I always did like their food.
Been going to CF for many years and the last few as a keto eater. There are many good options and they are very good at making substitutions and adjustments. My favorite is the Chicken Madeira. Just substitute for the mashed potatoes. I get the green beans Mega was eating. Yum. Have never seen the bun-less burger but will have to try it.

Yes there menu is confusing, but we looked for what is good for us, not to many carbs. Went there for my Gransons Graduation and I tried the Skinnylicious salmon, so good. My husband and I went for our Anniversary and we ordered the steak with broccoli. We also order 1 slice of the Low carb cheesecake, we share 1 slice. He is Diabetic and I do Keto. We only do special occasions. I love the recipe Mya gives for her cheesecake with a pecan crust, its the best my family loves it too!

I have not gone to Cheesecake Factory since at least the 90's. I had a negative impression of it as a place where you got generic, enormous food for a high price. The Big Bang Theory did not help change that view. But now that I'm on keto, I will go anywhere that offers easy options, so maybe I will try again. Thanks!

First I love Cheesecake Factory. I usually get one of their huge salads that had avocado dressing. Delicious! Although it is not a place you need to dress up to go, I have never went to one that I did not have to wait to get a seat. Also, the tables and seats are VERY close together. I am never opposed to taking children to a restaurant, but I could see the closeness snd wait could be a problem. And the portions are good for the prices. 👍

I eat there a lot !! Forget the skinny cheesecake! It has like 30 net carbs ! I asked the waitress what's popular for keto. She was on keto. She told me to get a cheesesteak lto Gouda and extra lettuce and avacado! Phenomenal!! So big had lunch next day !

I have to disagree with you on the big menu thing, about 30 years ago when Friday's was the very best restaurant ever!! they had a book menu. It was so much fun to go there,a lot had to do with the atmosphere and the waters were always fun, those days are sadly gone. P S I have never been to cheesecake factory either.
If you want a good low carb cheesecake make the one from the Junior’s Deli cookbook. I just skip the crust and bake it in single serve ramekins.

I'd be stoked to be a baby and have parents that understood Keto ...I was born in the 70s so like in the 80s and 90s it was margarine and low fat and not really understanding anything about intermittent fasting...
We we go out and they offer sugar free pumpkin pie, lemon merengue, or cheesecake we simply don't eat the crust. We know they are pretty safe bets and that would probably bring it down to 10 net because it has milk or thickeners like corn starch. Still for a less than 4-5 times a year treat I won't give it up lol.
OMG, I might actually go there! I've never been there because it sounds horrible, and especially after going keto, I never even considered it. Hey, maybe they'll go with a healthy sweetener someday.
Screaming babies is not perfect. We are always nice enough to leave the kids with the sitter when we go to a restaurant.
