    Thanks, Michael.
Although the pandemic was so recent, it's easy to forget. You are a fantastic storyteller, and I enjoyed all 58 minutes. Cheers.

It is amazing how quickly we've moved on... I was surprised how much about it I had forgotten when I started putting together this video..

Thank you for the most interesting (if not slightly pandemic convoluted) story!

Thank you for watching it... Sorry it appeared convoluted

Sorry, I meant convoluted due to all the pandemic requirements, etc. but I very much enjoyed hearing all the actual and important details that are not so often reported - thanks!

Nice story. Kept me expecting you to relate piles of problems.
    Glad you made it.

Glad you enjoyed it Kev despite it's lack of drama! It felt like hard work but fun!

Thanks for delivering a well spoken and detailed account of your Golden Hazes maiden voyage. I am an inland sailor that appreciates learning about adventures outside of the small confines of lakes. Thankfully that COVID unease has mostly disappeared.

Thanks for watching... I got a major 'glitch' when putting in those graphics and had to re-do them 5 times ... then failed to check the copy... Sorry!!! Still nothing wrong with 'creativity' Can't correct it now as I would have to take the video down...

@@SailingGently Ahh, didn't realise you have moved over. On a completely different note, Are you or have you had any experience with the possible Schengen 90 day rule by not entering the country by passport and staying in transit? I have contacted them and they assure me it worked for them in the med. ruclips.net/video/dHIQ_NP2djM/видео.htmlsi=9ZGsjvSMGUa9LhoG

I air travel quite a lot in Europe and to the UK,,, I have a CdS which allows me permanent residence in France only, but I'm under the 90/180 for all other EU Schengen countries.
If I fly Orly-Malaga I only have my passport, as my ID, inspected entering security and boarding.. It is never inspected by Douane/Frontier Police... Same on return.
If I fly Orly-Martinique, which is a departement of France, my passport and CdS is inspected by Immigration/Frontier police at Orly and on the return flight its stamped exiting Martinique... nothing at the Orly end.
If I fly onto Malaga I end up going through security again, but no passport inspection - I have never found a 'in transit' way...
Going to UK from Malaga or Orly, I end up in a totally different system with having to have it scanned at both ends in both directions.
The new Schengen wide computer comes on line this year which will stop passport stamping and I was 'told' does not count days.... but... I can't see how it's possible to be constantly 'in transit'
Sorry, that's all as muddled as all Schengen questions are for UK passport holders!

@SailingGently I get its not normal and I had never heard of it. They insist it works, so have to look into it. I think at best it's a miss use of a commercial transit rule and could be hard to copy. Will dig deeper. Thanks
