That’s a meat extravaganza Sean! Pork loin looked juicy as anything, can’t say I’ve seen country style beef ribs but they turned out great, the wings on point. That thermometer seems pretty cool and hey you used all four on this cook. Awesome job. Have a great weekend buddy!

Great cook, see your dog or dogs want some. I have a thermoworks pro and an ink bird. Their both pretty accurate, but I like the ink bird better because you just recharge it. No need to buy batteries

That's one heck of a Smorgasbord, Food looks great, I have two probe inkbird works flawlessly, That one there is really impressive especially for price, rechargeable battery. I had someone give me a maverick xl I like the inkbird so much, when it wears out I'll check out maverick It needs 4aa batteries Unlike your inkbird, and the inkbird is almost half the price with rechargeable battery along with charging cord. 👍👍👍👍👍 That's for beautiful Smorgasbord and Ink Bird thermometers. I'm curios where can one pick up the conocue sausage, That's not the first time I've heard that endorsement, several Shirley Fab operators mention it.
