When it comes to "Mad dog" (PL: Wściekły pies) - it consist of (counting from the top): vodka, tobasco and raspberry syrup - in this order and never the other way arround (read more for explanation).
You are supposed to down it in one go (do not mix it - it is layered for a good reason).
Vodka is the first one to go down the hatch, then tobasco kills vodka taste and syrup gives relief from tobasco - do it quickly - you won't feel a thing (besides nice warmth spreading from your stomach).
So try again. But beware - mad dogs are treacherous - if you drink too many of them (if you do it the proper way, it is easy) - hangover (and other problems in the toilet department) might ocure next morning 😁

Ministerstwo śledzia - Ministry of herring Herring is prepared in a variety of ways and is a popular side dish for vodka. Żubrówka vodka isn't drunk alone. It's an addition to cocktails. The most popular cocktail is "apple pie - szarlotka". It's a good apple juice and Żubrówka vodka.🙂

You need to drink Mad Dog shot at once otherwise it will be disgusting like you have experienced. 😁 The whole idea of the shot is that you get bitterness from vodka mixed with hot tabasco finished off with sweetness from raspberry syrup.

There’s a debate over the origin of vodka whether it was first in Poland or Russia. Well the oldest written document about vodka was written in Polish in the early 15th century. It was originally used more for medicinal purposes and Russian merchants were known to bring it from Poland to Russia. Either way although there’s differing arguments on who was actually first to invent it there’s no doubt that the Poles and Russians were the originators. Don’t want to get political, but Russians are experts in propaganda and aren’t really believable, especially now so make your own assumption. Anyway I will always consider Poland the birthplace of vodka. Polska! 🇵🇱 👍🏻

When u drink vodka u need to have something to drink moment after it juice, cola etc. its called "popitka" "zapojka".When u drink it u dont hold it in ur mounth swallow it asap. And even if it dont help u u can hold ur breath moment before, or swallow after u breath out, But u will feel no taste at all then :D

I live in Romania a country close to Ukraine.Here our people are trying to do everything we can to help the ukrainian immigrants coming from the war..we give them food, shelters ..we even give our homes to the immigrants so they can stay , warm up, take a shower and maybe stay in romania or go further to western europe..they are so manny childrens and womens and old people...i saw ukranian children sick because here is still winter even if is march..russian are getting closer to odessa and so close to romanian border...i am also afraid for moldova republic(our brothers) and for what is going to come...
Today terrible stories are coming from the front that russians start to bomb residential areas and not only military facilities...
IT SEEMS THAT RUSSIANS WANT TO WIPE OUT THE UKRAINIANS AND REPLACE THEM WITH RUSSIAN COLLONIST....stories of raped women and dead children are coming from the border of ukraine..people are starving to death in the occupied cities of ukraine...
and it seems that moldova republic and romania are next in the russians plans...we are scared but proud to be romanians....
why am i writing this? because you are the only source of comfort i have...you bring light in our darkest hours here by telling stories, by being optimist and showing us the world...

In Poland, Wódka (Vodka) is a national dish in some sort of way. Always, but always remember to eat if you drink (the clean vodka), even small amounts, (cucumbers, lard, bread, or fish), The W/ double V is funny never heard that, but there is a saying that is very common. (Na drugą nóżkę) "On/for the other leg" so the funny thing is, if you will drink only one, you can turn over/fall down, as your legs only got one vodka shot, you might not go straight as they are not synchronized, so if you will drink two, everything is fine and you walk straight. After 9+ world collapses xD but it's fun :)

Unfortunately you messed it up completely when it comes to Mad Dog. You should drink the full shot at once. The raspberry syrup kills the vodka taste and makes it all sweet and then Tabasco kicks in and adds a fiery flavour to the shot. You need to do it properly next time. ;)

Having tried both Polish and Russian vodkas, I personally prefer Polish!
You have to try żubrówka "kore dębna " ( oak root) or żubrówka "zlota" ( Gold) vodka . It’s got a unique , herbal flavour to it...

This is the second videoblog where foreign customers drink vodka of various flavors. This is a quick way to catch a heavy hangover and / or gastric obstruction
Rule no. 1 Never mix different kinds of alcohol or even one kind, but with different flavors!
Rule no. 2. After drinking a sweet alcohol, never eat meat!
Rule no 3. Before drinking alcohol, buy and refrigerate a type of sour milk, in Poland called Kefir, and you can buy it in any grocery store (at least 0.5 liters / 1 person) and / or Żurek soup. Eating honey can also help you get over hangovers.
If it was your idea to order different alcohols, I forgive you for this mistake.
If it was a bartender's suggestion, tell him to hit his head with his fist ... or to drink it all himself.
