must comment on this very critical review of the tacwise duo 35
i own the tacwise duo 35
it does both nailing and staples up to 35mm
it rarely jams if you use tacwise own brand of staple and nails
the little rubber heads can come off but you van buy 5 for £12
you can adjust the depth of nail by pressing harder or lighter
i have been using mine for cabinet making for may years and have no breakdowns
it is not noisy as the person in the video makes out
it can be bought fairly cheaply compared to the makita tools( i have many of these)
i like tacwise tools and also have the tacwise 400 els pro, which again is very reliable
Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you. That's helped me not waste my money on a tool I was looking to buy. Personally I am a Makita girl all the way. I did look for your link to that one but could not find it so I must be being dumb.
Thanks for this review helped me to avoid a bad purchase. After looking around I settled on buying a Clarke CONSN18LiB 18V Li-ion Nailer/Stapler. Just ordered & £137 seems a fair price for a cordless. Obviously more pricey than this one but this right here looks aweful. Now if I remember I'll try to give an update comment here when I give it some use within the next week and will say my thoughts on it.

Shame there's no comparison with another stapler/tacker that fires the same type of staple. There seem to be no narrow crown staplers that are any good for under £100?
OK ! You’ve rubbished Tacwise and you’ve praised Makita and I’ve no problem with that as it’s what I would have expected. Tacwise -v- Makita is no contest. Are these the only two guns you’ve tested ? I would have thought a choice of four or five guns would have been a fairer test.
i had to return mine 5 times 3 as jamming ,almost a yr later spring jumped out again ,powerful but crap im gutted
you probably dont give a shit but if you guys are bored like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been binge watching with my girlfriend recently =)

If you already have some batteries then have a look if that brand does a good nail gun.

Good review, I wished I had seen this before wasting around £90 on this a Tacwise junk gun and nails. There should be a law against selling this crap that clearly is not fit for purpose. If you buy this Tacwise nail jammer be prepared to spend more time unjamming than nailing, when it works its acceptable but its the reliability thats the problem and when people send the gun back multiple times and STILL Tacwise cant fix the problem that tells you it will never be any use so my advice AVOID THIS JUNK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
You’re taking ballox mate, I have 1 2 yrs & use it a lot, it’s a fairly good tool compared to what’s out there!
A junk gun. Where is the nail depth adjuster ? Poor quality all round
