    For me the best $1000 divers are:
    Certina PH200M blue bezel - looks great
    Doxa Sub 200 Caribbean - good looks and quality
    Mido Ocean Star 200C titanium - great functionality
    Mido Ocean Star Tribute gradient blue - awesome looks.

      Got the watch, a beast for the price. Negatives are weak lume and a scratch magnet due to high polish , especially on the clasp.

    • @BraveBeaters
      @BraveBeaters  2 года назад +1

      Haha, agree! The mirror polish surface invites evey object to connect :)))
      The lume as well, not very potent. I am curious if the newer version, the green one has the lume improved.

    Great Video man!
    I have to chose between the Certina DS Action Diver Ceramic Blue (love it) and the Doxa Sub 200 Sharkhunter.
    I think the Certina is superior: water resist, power reserve, ceramic Bezel, ISO certificate.
    And I think the dial of the doxa is a little to empty.
    The Mido tribute is magic but this bracelet on a diver…
    What you suggest?

      The ds action ceramic is unbeatable! Size wise, the sub200 wears way smaller still.

    I find the mido
    To be boring and the dial is all printed. No detail. Cortina does a much better job. Not a huge fan of the high power reserve because it translated in many cases the frequency dropping from 4hz to 3hz. Doxa has grown on me only wish the watch would grow as the 45mm is too
    Small for me sadly. I’d own one if it were larger.
