Hi everyone! This is Nikki Burnette and I wanted to make a flip through video to show you my new grayscale coloring book!
Discover how magical grayscale coloring can be with fantasy artist Nikki Burnette's 3rd grayscale coloring book! The images in this book have been created from Nikki's original watercolor paintings. Color your way through a book filled with witches, mermaids, fairies, vampires and more and be amazed as they come to life when coloring over shades of grey!
This is the Advanced Edition of the book that features lighter grayscale images. This book is recommended for colorists that would like to do more of their own shading and have greater flexibility when choosing colors. The lighter images assist less with shading, and instead serve as a guide of where to put your light and dark colors. A Beginner's Edition, which contains the same 20 images, with darker levels of grayscale that assist more with shading is also available separately (amzn.to/2fTgLZQ)!

Hi Karin! My books are printed through Amazon, however I used the color printing process for my grayscale books instead of the black and white one that you may be used to with other coloring books printed through Amazon. The color printing process heat sets the ink onto the paper leaving a semi-gloss appearance...I call it a satin finish almost. I find it's great for colored pencils, markers and gel pens! I do include the tester sheets at the beginning of the book so you can try out whatever materials you want. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :)

@@NikkiBurnette Thank you for clearing that up Nikki! Many people in the fb group, answered me by saying that the paper is smooth, slick , has no issues and they love your books. One person owns three! None of them knew whether it was printed on Amazon paper, lol so I had a brainstorm to go straight to the source. :) I am super excited to order a book tonight and I will look at some flip throughs. I love greyscale but not photographs. I only like artist illustrated pages. I am so glad that you took the extra step to print the pages through a process that accepts pencil so well. I wish other artists would be as proactive because it makes the process of colouring so enjoyable when there is no frustration. I will pass the info onto other people who will be very happy to hear this. One woman hadn't heard about your books and was happy to look and order. Another person saw my post and she decided that it is time to buy another one. I think I started something...haha.
