Thank you so much Nikki for the information I think your artwork is beautiful I am having a difficult time coloring in the beginning book I ordered all the other ones without coloring first in the first one that I ordered through Amazon. I will probably send them back and get the advanced ones I've been doing grayscale for over a year now but have had difficulties with some of the fine detail work where I've been doing a lot of layering and some of them feel overwhelming to me so that's why I purchased your books but I'm not really too happy with the beginners for myself for other people it's probably fine but I am probably going to have to return the other ones that I purchased which will be coming in tomorrow. I do love all your techniques that you do and it's very informative for the beginner I will use the first book that I do have but like I said I probably will return the other ones that I purchased and possibly get the advance. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Thank you so much! I think the best place to buy the physical books is on Amazon amzn.to/2JAg7oe and if you have Prime, shipping is free! If you want the digital books to print yourself, the most affordable place is to purchase them on my website here: www.aurella-art.com/store/c4/Grayscale_Coloring_Books.html

Your art work is beautiful, I just wish your paper had more tooth to the paper to add more layers of colored pencils! I should have ordered the advance books before I colored in any of them, because I ordered the whole set of beginners..are your advance books printed on the same quality of paper? Thanks in advance!

Hi Cathy! Thank you so much for your support of my artwork and my coloring books! I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties laying down multiple layers of colored pencil. Paper is such a personal preference and results definitely can vary depending on your pencil techniques. I have the best results in my Beginner books by using one layer of colored pencil and pressing quite firmly to get the color as dark as it will go. I also use petroleum jelly to more easily apply the color. There is a video of mine where I show how I color on a Beginner page. And I also have a speed coloring video that shows me coloring an entire page from start to finish! Those two videos may help you with the Beginner books.
The Advanced books are the same paper, but interestingly enough it is a different experience coloring on them! The slight satin finish that is in the Beginner books is due to the printing process. The printing process is a heat set process that fuses the ink onto the top of the page creating a slightly slick appearance. The Beginner books are darker, have more ink and therefore are slightly slicker. The Advanced books are lighter, have less ink and are also less slick. I feel like the Advanced pages have more tooth to them than the Beginner books.
I know that finding exactly the right paper can sometimes be a challenge! I know it certainly was when I set out to make these books. It's tough to create a book with a paper that everyone will like. Because of this, I always allow you to scan the images and print them onto your own preferred paper. :) I hope that helps a bit! If I can be of any more assistance, please let me know.
