Southwest Airlines halts operations at Bellingham airport due to Boeing delivery delays

Southwest Airlines has announced they are stopping all operations at Bellingham International Airport after significant challenges from reduced deliveries of Boeing planes.
Southwest said it’s now set to get 20 Boeing 737 Max 8 planes in 2024 compared to 46 last year. The airline also shared in a statement their first quarter financial results.
