Ground shaking bass is a bit of a stretch there bud, also most if not all factory systems in your typical car are usually comprised of both 6.5 and 6x9 and I’d argue running that same route would be better than choosing one over the others you can have accurate sound reproduction from the 6.5 in the front with decent bass from the 6x9 in the rear creating a fuller sound system and it wouldn’t be a bad idea to add a subwoofer in a sealed enclosure for tight accurate bass that the 6x9 can’t reproduce as if you’re going to upgrade the speakers and radio might as well add a subwoofer which can come in a sealed enclosure and if you’re lucky enough it might have an amp included which is apart of the enclosure giving a tight compact unit for bass extension!

It's an informative guide for someone who may not know the differences between 6.5 and 6x9 speakers. Not everyone knows their differences. This is a question many people ask. This is why I made this video. Also, someone may not have enough budget to upgrade both speakers and may be wondering whether to upgrade 6.5 door door speakers or 6x9 rear speakers. This guide will help them choose which size to upgrade first depending on their needs.
