It's a demo car, they usually have conflicting options all together, even different alloys on either sides. So it's nothing new.
You know there was a meme where the they had a series of pictures of BMW cars from old to new and the grill kept getting bigger. Then they had a few more pictures where the grill just kept getting bigger until the final picture was just two grills on wheels. Looks like that meme was not wrong in its prediction. Love the car though.

On January 10 2022, my iX made its freeway debut. We would never have thought the first drive would have been a nightmare. the iX fine until that moment- about 20 minutes on the freeway. A loud “Bang!” struck us frozen. At that moment, the bonnet hood smashed the front glass!

I’m really conflicted about the backseat color. It’s a little too much for me. But the cockpit is gorgeous and I love the leather. It’s just a little weird looking haha but I guess we’re in the future now lol

I think they will give you more options for color. I don't think anyone will complain about its shape and comfort level.
you're right, color is shit. but never mind that interior, that exterior and. the whole choice of making the first stand alone M since the M1, a suv is just complete blasphemy against M sport heritage. what should have been a supercar/sports coupe is now an SUV with cyber truck influences so it penetrates mass market and brings in the most money. nothing about the exterior design screams motorsports.
If the front seats and the fromt sections are pink in color , it will match better with that blue at the back

Vintage leather look is DEFINITELY good !!!! Reminds me of a 1794 Tundra. SADLY it is very out of place in a colorful crazy future interior like this. They should have done the vintage leather look on the outgoing models.
I personally don’t like the different color for the back seat, and I know the point of it but for a family, it would not be as cool as for “rockstars” only. The exterior design is very appealing though, finally a really good looking bmw suv again. I am curious about it’s mpg and will keep that car in my mind. Hopefully it’s not a plug-in hybrid though, fingers crossed 🤞:)

Yes, the interior is sooo cool. They did a great job with colors, textures and patterns. What fascinates me, that it got a lot of things I usually don't like, but they combined it in a way, that I'm absolutly stunned how well it looks, how well it works together. I never could have come up with this. Props to their interior design team.

That aside. I'm 32 and I'm driving a BMW 550i. I am not sure if a car in the price range of the XM will be out of the question in the future. At the moment, it's looking quite good. But I understand if this is inconceivable for a guy on your level.

Very cool concept vehicle overall. I am not a total fan of the contrast between the front and the back, but I do get what they were trying to accomplish with the contrast. However, the fact that the ceiling can change colors is really fascinating! 🔥

@@joechancio5177 I have been in most models of the 80's 90's and 00's and I consider myself a fan of BMW and thats why I dont like their direction these days. They don't follow any disgn rules nor their design language. It's just random lines going nowhere and sharp edges it looks like a kids toy.

We can all say its a concept. But looking at what BMW are actually rolling off the line these days, Its doubtful the production model will look any better, if not worse.

Hi guys, do you know what, I was a big land rover fan until they started making curvy arty creations instead of great functional vehicles. However, as future vehicles look I think this vehicle has quite a presence and no, i don't work for BMW Lol. It looks big and bold. The X5 has gone the same way as the discovery, too curved and 'chelsea Carriage style' but this chunk looks rather more special.

what about this says heritage? this abandons all the values a stand-alone M car should have. it should have been a sports coupe, a nod to its Sports division, instead of heritage it communicates greedy corporates adapting Cybertruck hype to the most popular vehicle type sold in the market.
I love how BMW couldn't stand anymore being BMW, so they decided to be DS Automobiles, and even named the car the XM, like a Citroen! :)

I love BMW''s I have had 3. I have a 530i. But man they need some italians in the design team. That is a really really ugly SUv. I wouldnt buy it. The M cars, 5 series and 7 series are cool. But their design borders on weird and funky on the concepts. BMW PlEASE don't make this car! Looks like an angry Kia.
I will say I love the 5 series, fan and buyer of Bmw's.
BMW should focus on perfecting their engines, components and electronics. Bimmers are so unreliable.
I hate to admit. But personally I only buy 5 series because I love the design, ride quality, comfort and ride height.
I wish they would use Teslas Drive system for more reliability and lower cost of maintenance.
Right now, it's only the high maintenance cost which put off so many would be buyers and the weird designs that sometimes make it to production.
If my 530i engine fails, im going to gut it and put in a tesla drive system.

BMWs XM Concept 🚙 is the tech 🔋 direction BMW needs to go in. Exterior Pros: Like the exterior lighting package, especially the additional roof spotlights. Like the rear dual roundel badging. Exterior Cons: X7 long and large wheelbase. Boxy CAD flat surface exterior design. Lame looking M rims. No trailer hitch. Price tag. Interior Design: Overall looks good, besides for the trippy multi-coloring, and slippery silk rear seats 💺.

This car looks like it was in a car crash, the angular movements on this car just look confused 😕 ... this gets green light, and vision M gets canceled 😞
If BMW pulls this off to production, they will officially be the best car maker in the business because this would be car of the year probably for the next 2-3 years.
It's definitely somewhat inspired with the contrasting interior to BMW's earlier concept the i3 Urban Suite. Love the textures used in this vehicle - outstanding.
Inside is about 10/10 but outside is like a car for Mad-Max or Death Race movie specially with those front nostrils how big they are ?..
The only thing i like outside are the rims & stacked quad exhaust pipes but on fully ev version they will get deleted, so yeah...

It looks ridiculous to me. I didn't think it was possible to make the grille bigger than the one on the x7 and 7 series but they've done that here.
It sits rather low and looks probably smaller than an x5. The one thing I clearly like about it is that it has great visibility out the rear window.
I can't say I like it and that's sad coming from someone who has been in love with BMWs since the first M5 was released in the mid eighties. BMWs are no longer looking like BMWs.
