Thanks for the overview. I know there are a large numbers of players in the project management space, but I would really appreciate your views on some of the ones I have been dabbling with, like Microsoft Project (which I have been teaching about to a number of companies in Sweden) , Zoho Projects (which I just started to learn) and SmartSuite (which we currently use for planning both contact and project managing in-house). And keep up the good work 🌷!

thanks for the video. I think, there are a lot of good project management software / pages. But I need something only for ressource planing and allocation. i mean something modern, not excel like we did in the 90s ;-)) i want to drag tasks and see overbooking imideatly. i also need a seat view (and not only ressources). if someone has a tip, i would really appreciate. thanks!

I hate the background music. I cannot focus. it is too loud. It would be better if there was no background music.

What if several clients all are used to different programs. Learn them all?

      Great question!
You're right - sometimes you won’t get to choose your project management tool. In that case, you will need to build familiarity with each tool you are asked to use. Focus on the fundamentals of your “style” as a PM - learn what you need to learn to deliver your project effectively. You don’t have to become an expert in every aspect of every tool, but a strong digital PM should strive to quickly build competency in any tool they’re given so that their project team and other stakeholders feel set up for success.
      Hope this helps! 💙
