There is also a more secret group that you can get into (I was lazy and didn't) I could probably find. Happy to chat at any point if you'd like.

I'm with you I want to move out of USA...I also want bottom surgery with Dr. CRANE or Dr Salgado in Miami I dont know yet..im from NYC but i live in Tampa now..i want ALT THU
