- Two guys playing music after midnight, in the wee hours of Sunday morning, on Jaffa Street in Jerusalem (July 2013). The guys are the talented Gat Brothers, Aryeh and Gil.
I'm a global photographer who flips on the video function of his camera only on rare occasions -- listening to these two musicians was one of those occasions.
I walk by these guys all the time when I go shopping. They are literally 3 blocks away from me.
Living in Jerusalem is very special indeed
Good to know they’re still there so many years later

I remember watching and listening to these guys when I was in Jerusalem back in 2012. Great memories.
How true it's not the people it's the stupid government's I however prefer Music becauful some new rich some even old make a lot of money at are expence and kill our son's. I just don't understand that in 10 years there's only 15,200 views. It should, seriously, be a million. I mean, I sent this link to my siblings and asked one to show it to my mother (we live in different states) and ALL of us were blown away. It's a song I've long loved. Everyone in the family loves Pink Floyd. My late brother even had one of their posters on his wall.
There was something about this that made me want to cry. They just brought such emotion to it juxtaposed from what many usually expect from deeply religious Hasidic Jews.

I know those guys. Used to see them in Jerusalem all the time. It’s actually not very common to see Hassidic people playing secular songs. They are unique because they were born and raised secular and become hassidic later in life. They are born again hassids :)

for me it is just fascinating, i live in Oklahoma U.S. im quite poor and have never really been very far from here. i do not now how i picture modern Jerusalem in my head but this was probably not it, it is after midnight and the street is bustling with all sorts of people and life. it would be very interesting to experience.

This is so cool and unexpected.
I was in a bar in Florida and a Russian Guy walked in and seen the piano and said can I play . Sure. He started to play show tunes and then asked me what I like. I said Pink Floyd , really meaning Not show tunes. He then proceeded to play Pink Floyd on the piano for about 2 hours . It blew me away, he was fabulous. I never would believe that Pink Floyd could sound so good on just a piano.
