hi rosa,that was a beautiful video...i loved it there when i visited...well except the smell..very few things im sensitive to but the smell of sulfur gets me lol...and hot/cold pools are very therapeutic especially for swelling, arthritis etc..contrast bath, it promotes circulation and drainage of stagnant fluids in tissue. i do it for my mom who gets edema from knees down to feet. lol she thinks she'll get a cold from cold water but she never does...thanks for filming your day!
