This force of mass destruction had been brewing for years, as a result of decades worth of pain and suffering and the man who would begin this chaotic event wanted to inflict that same fear and suffering he felt long ago onto those he thought deserved it. But what exactly made the rumbling so dangerous? What combination of factors ensured that it would wipe out 80% of all life on earth. What if your average man was isekied into the world of attack on titan with none of the luxuries of modern military might and technology? btw people in air vehicles wouldn't be safe because of the steam, it will cause the engines to either overheat or cause the air vehicle to sink due to the hot air. Either that or get cooked alive in the steam. (The steam well reaches to flight altitude levels in the 1930's, the steam reaches several thousand meters tall)
