Long time no see guys, I hope you didn’t miss me too much!
A few months back I went to Yun Gui Chuan and tried their rice noodles as well as other Hong Kong dishes. It was really yummy and I wanted to share the experience with you guys. I hope you enjoyed the video!

You should try HOKO Cafe next on the other end of Brick Lane - another authentic HK foodie place 🇭🇰
You need to eat the century egg with pickled ginger or it's good in congee too. It's also good with the chili sauce and cilantro. It has a bit of an ammonia taste to it. It's preserved in Quick Lime and Ash.

I wasn’t born in East Asia, but in North America. Never had the opportunity to visit Hong Kong before the handover in 1997. It’s a different HK now in some ways, I’m sure. ..My conversational Chinese is less than that of a 5 yr old. Hearing u speak is amazing. My sister improved by constantly watching Chinese movies because that’s how she spends her past time anyway.

It's been very long since your last video. Guess you must be busy for university life. That is my favorite rice noodle restaurant too. All the staff there are friendly! Highly recommended.
