    Crust:
    120g crushed graham crackers
    1/4 cup unsalted butter,melted
    Mousse:
    740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
    200g condensed milk, chilled overnight
    1 cup sweet mangoes, diced
    1/2 cup graham crackers,cracked
    2 tbsp gelatin, clear and unflavored
    1/4 cup hot water
    1 tbsp instant mango powdered juice(optional)
    Jelly:
    2 tbsp gelatin, clear and unflavored
    2 cups hot water
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 cup sweet mangoes, diced
    1/2 cup graham crackers, cracked
    Procedure:
    1) Crust: Combine crushed graham and melted butter.Mix well
    2) Press graham mixture into the pan
    3) Chill until it sets up
    4) Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Set aside
    5) Combine condensed milk and instant mango powdered juice
    6) Whip on high speed until doubled in size
    7) Gradually add condensed milk mixture and mix well
    8) Add dissolved gelatin and mix well
    9) Pour mousse mixture on top of the crust
    10)Add mangoes and graham crackers
    11)Cover and chill until it sets up(overnight)
    12)Jelly layer: Combine 2 cups ht water and gelatin
    13)Add sugar and mix well. Set aside and cool completely
    14)Arrange and decorate the mousse with mangoes and graham crackers
    15)Add a thin layer of jelly mixture. Chill until it sets up
    16)Pour the remaining gelatin mixture on top
    17)Cover and chill overnight
    18)Unmold the mousse

    Chef sana may tripple chocolate mousse cake kayo in a tub pandagdag po sa negosyo. Ako pp yung nagcomment before na lahat ng recipes niyo ginaya ko para matustusan yung therapy ng anak ko. Gagawin ko to chef

    I used mr. Gulaman for 2 tbsp and 1/4 cup of water pero nagtthick and ngfoform na agd sya Tru gelatin kaya hndi ko po mabuo ung pagkamousse nya, ferna po ba tlga and need for gelatin?

      Same experience. Hindi ko sya nagawa ng maganda. And nung binawasan ko ung init ng water for the top hindi naman sya nagform ng gelatin. 😪
