In act 1 beside getting an extra quicksilver its pretty useless

Yeah, but pretty handy for League start on your first character. Almost guaranteed 2 or 3 quicksilvers

This chest is bonkers, So you can rerun it if you want to and the chest will reappear?

I checked after we did the Act. It will spawn only 1 time per character. So basically, a boost on League Start for your first run!
