I don’t have shellac color, can i used other brands and it’s work good?
No it’s not recommended with any brand but especially with CND, it will probably chip

I didn’t think they recommend using Plexigel topcoat over Shellac and to follow with Shellac topcoat?
CND Recommends using CND Shellac Topcoat over Shellac colors, doesn't matter what's underneath.
Did you use the plexigel over the shellac? That’s what it appeared like.
