Isaiah 9:6 NKJV [6] For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. John 1:1-2 NKJV [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. Revelation 19:11-13 NKJV [11] Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. [12] His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. [13] He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God
Isaiah 9:6 appropriately calls the Messiah "Mighty God", but that does not mean that he is Almighty God himself. In 1 Corinthians 8:5, 6, Paul says, “For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as indeed there are many ‘gods’ and many ‘lords’), yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live." (NIV) Only the Father is called God. In John 1:1 there are two occurrences of the Greek noun "theos" (god) in this verse. The first theos is preceded by the definite article "ho". When the noun has a definite article, it points to a distinct identity, in this case Almighty God. However, the second "theos", referring to the Word, does not have the definite article. Many scholars agree that the fact that the second theos does not have a definite article means that the word “theos” in this case does not point to the identity of the Word but rather to a characteristic or quality of the Word, that the Word is "divine", "a god", “god-like”, but not the same as “ho theos”. Several modern Bible versions translate the final part of John 1:1 as “the Word was divine,” “the Logos was divine,” “a god was the Word,” or “the Word was a god.”

@@javiercastillo6888 Isaiah 43:10 is contrasting Almighty God Jehovah with man-made idols. (Isaiah 41:23; 42:8) The surrounding chapters of Isaiah speak of idols and images that belonged to the nations and how they were not gods at all. The scriptures I quoted previously from 1 Corinthians 8:5, 6 show that other gods do exist. In John 10:31-36 Jesus recognized that there are other "gods" besides the Father, but only the Father can be called Almighty God. Jesus can properly be called a "Mighty God" especially after his resurrection since all authority on heaven and earth was given to him by God. Philippians 2:9, 10 says that "God exalted him [Christ Jesus] to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth." Does that mean that Jesus' name is even above God's name, or that even God bows down to Jesus? No. Philippians 2:11 explains that Jesus' exaltation is ultimately to bring glory to God the Father. Paul said something similar in 1 Corinthians 15:27, 28. After saying that God subjected all things under Jesus's feet, Paul clarifies in verse 27: "But when he says all things have been subjected, it is evident that this does not include the One who subjected all things to him." 1 John 5:7, 8, the King James version says: “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth.” These words do not appear in the oldest Greek manuscripts. Scholars agree that they were not originally in the Bible but were added much later by a scribe to support the Trinity doctrine.

Jesus was called a blasphemer, a heretic, plus many more. To call the son of the only God that is horrible. And what did Jesus say? "Forgive them father for they do not know what they are doing." He forgave and loved those who were killing him.
Debate on the Claim that Jesus is the Son of God The Quran denies that God has a son: Surah Maryam (19:35): "It is not for Allah to take a son. Glory be to Him! When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is." This verse refutes the idea that God has a son and affirms that God has no partners. The Bible does not explicitly state that Jesus claimed to be the Son of God: John 14:28: Jesus says, "The Father is greater than I." This indicates that God is greater than Jesus, supporting the idea that Jesus is not God or His son. Jesus is considered a prophet in the Bible: Matthew 19:16-17: "And behold, a man came up to him, saying, 'Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?' And he said to him, 'Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good.'” Jesus here denies being the only good one and refers to God. Jesus is regarded as a messenger in Islam: Surah Aal-E-Imran (3:52): "When Jesus felt [persistent] disbelief from them, he said, 'Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah?' The disciples said, 'We are supporters of Allah. We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims.'" This verse shows that Jesus followed the commands of Allah and regarded himself as a servant of God. Other holy scriptures affirm that God is one and has no children: The Quran (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4): "Say, 'He is Allah, [Who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.'" This confirms the oneness of God and denies the concept of divine offspring.

I'm not surprised. It is Orwellian double speak. Being the Sopn of God means he is one other than God. The cxlaim in the gospels is not that Jesus is God, but the Christ, the Son of God.
@@chrisgagnon5768 : 'Son' of means one other than by any understanding of language. You are the 'son' of your Father, but he existed before you existed and gave life to you. Jesus was born and died. Does the Bible say he's God in the flesh??? I've been reading my 5 different translations of the Bible for 5 years straight because I was in prison and had nothing but spare time. And I NEVER EVER ran across that scripture where he was God in the flesh. I ran across these scriptures though. In the book of Acts it says 4 times at 3:13, 26, 4:27, 4:30 that he's the Servant and Holy servant of God. So how can he be a servant of God and be God too?? I don't understand that thinking?? Can you help??
@benjaminsmith2000 Only Jesus can save you, Benjamin, because he's to judge us, him and others that sit on thrones with him. (Don't ask because you'll never understand it unless you've read Revelation many times, and even then, you still may not fully understand). And being baptized is to be reborn/washed clean of your sins. Unless you are baptized, either by water baptism or Holy Spirit baptism, you can not see the Kingdom of God. John 3:1-21. And you want to see the Kingdom of God.
@@ScottRock-mr6qk Hello brother. I agree with you. I see Jesus as a human who is the son of God. He became the son at his baptism. I don't think the resurrection makes any sense if he is God himself. Any thoughts?
He had me until the end when his interpretation of scripture had him say the son is no longer the son, but the father in human flesh. So according to this ideology when John baptized Jesus a voice from heaven was heard saying, “this is me in human flesh.” Except that’s not what scripture says that GOD said. Was Jesus praying to his father or himself? He prayed a lot. I’m not denying Jesus divinity, but John 3:16 reminds us of who Jesus is, and why he came.
A theory - God is omnipresent, meaning He is everywhere at once. Because God came down in the flesh (God manifested to us in the flesh) does not mean He as Spirit is not also in the heavens. However, in the flesh, God is limited - whereas as a spirit being, He is not. He limited himself to be like us, like one of us - with limitations and tempted in every way as we are. He came to teach us to rely on God as He in the flesh also had to rely on the Spirit, praying to the unlimited Spirit being, and receiving the Spirit without measure, so He could do many things we could not. But He did teach us to pray and rely on the power of God by the Holy Spirit. He was a Son of God in that He was of the Father in the flesh, but the Almighty was still everywhere so being here in the flesh didn't stop Him from being everywhere else. The thing is, and the reason men devised the Trinity is because the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all listed in the Word. And men cannot wrap their minds around it, so it is more understandable to think in terms of 3 persons in 1 God. But it is 1 God manifesting to us in many ways - adding the Angel of the Lord or the theophanies in the OT where He manifested to people as a fleshly man, yet was not born into flesh. The thing is man cannot understand God. We do not have the capability of categorizing Him into something we can understand. We just have to accept some things without explanation.
The frequency of the soul can be contained by a vessel like a radio. The Lord humbled himself to allow the word to become flesh for us and save us by understanding Jesus Christ. The entirety of God is far to great to understand. So to not scare us on the power of the Lord even by sight Jesus Christ is given to us as a presentation and representation of yhwh.
Wait what are you saying?? Are you saying that he's claiming to be God?? Because that's NOT what the scriptures say at all. Do you have kids?? If so, is your kid you or are you your kid??? NO!!! so why would it be any different for them?? We come in the likeness of God, right?? That's why Jesus came to earth as a man, right?? So we are like them and they are like us. There's no difference except they are spiritual beings and we're flesh. Other than that we're like them. So if your saying that Jesus is saying he's God then your twisting the scriptures and that is completely wrong. Peter said that they will twist the scriptures to their own destruction. And if that's what you want to do, then be my guest, but do so on your own peril.

This made it so easy for me. It’s quite simple, Jesus is not a man but the divine nature of god in the form of a son that became flesh to teach man how to walk a righteous path. But before Jesus ever even became flesh he was seated at the right hand of god forever and ever.
I can't help but notice that they give an "Orthodox" answer rather than a historically biblical answer. "Son of God" in scripture, when referring to the Messiah, means "Davidic King" and also refers to the miraculous nature of Jesus's birth, that is, God is the one who caused his life to start in his mother's womb and not any man, and therefore God is his Father in that sense. If you would like to see a longer response where I can explain a bit more, please see below. Longer Answer: While in Orthodoxy Jesus is the "son of God" because he is "God made manifest in human form", instead, biblically, Jesus is the son of God because he was the "King of Israel", two near synonymous terms in fact. (Ex: see John 1:49; Even the word "Christ" itself referres to Jesus being the promised King.) "Son of God", when referring to the Christ-the promised King, was a title in Jewish culture that expressed the *royal* relationship the Christ would have with God, namely that God would grant him Kingship and authority. Psalm 2:7-8 and 2nd Samuel 7:14, express this exact thing and are key texts in how the term "son of god" became close to synonymous with the word Christ/Messiah for the Jewish people of the 1st century who wrote our New Testament and who would have understood these words in this way. While the Messiah, in a non-literal sense, is God made manifest in human form, if all you did was read the Bible you actually won't ever find any mention that Jesus is "called God's son because he is God manifest in human form" anywhere in the text. You will only find that in extra Biblical traditions but, strictly speaking, not within the Bible itself. It is important to know, the *only* time a direct and explicit reason is given for "why" he is to be called "son of God" is because he was directly born/made/begotten by a miracle of God (Luke 1:35). Notice the other human being Luke calls "son of God" is Adam (Luke 3:38) because of how, in that sense, as human beings the circumstances of their coming into existence are similar. Lastly, it should be noted, in addition to the core Jewish idea that "son of God" meant "Promised Davidic King of Israel", Luke and Matthew seem *eager* to share that he is also "son of God" by virtue of his miraculous begetting in which there was no human male proxy and instead the direct creative power of God that was the cause.
@@youngknowledgeseeker for starters, I love your analysis, and I think anybody in faith, who is a true believer, will wrestle with certain questions, and have small doubts about why things don’t add up or make sense in their mind. but ahhhh brother that’s where you get me confused!! The word manifestation is completely different than revelation. I don’t believe that God manifested himself in another beings flesh I believe that God revealed himself in flesh. Big difference! If god created my flesh, and he is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, then of course he can reveal himself in flesh too!!!!!!!!! I find it funny how people of other religions or other denominations that don’t believe Jesus is God but they believe Jesus was a real person or a prophet yet they claim that God is capable of anything? Well, why isn’t he capable of revealing himself as a man?!!!???!??? He literally created mankind!!!! The reason Jesus never equated himself with God is because he was God in the flesh trying to show us how to worship himself and to walk a righteous Path! He, as God himself, had to give us the one last final chance, and show us how to be a real believer, because he already gave us our first chance with Adam and Eve , he gave us a second chance with Noah and the flood, and then, the third and final chance, which is why Jesus is the redeemer, was God, revealing himself in the same form that he made us to sacrifice himself to save us. Because the world and humanity has had multiple chances to redeem and repent, and we didn’t. So the only way for God to express his love and truly show humanity why we must submit to him is him coming down in the same form, same being as us, and show us what we need to do, and then at the end sacrifice himself in the flesh for our wrong doings when he was innocent. There is no other greater expression of love. The trinity isn’t that hard to understand.
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. 5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. 7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

@caucas989 Though what is know as the Orthodox Church deserves respect in many ways, unfortunately, some of their claims of what Christianity is contradicts the Bible, early church history, and the words of Jesus. When the New Testament is put in its historical context, and not viewed through the lens of church interpretations, it doesn't agree with some of Orthodox teaching and belief in some very serious matters. 1) Who God is and who Jesus is. 2) What the gospel is. 3) What death is.
This is a very good explanation of Jesus as the Son of God when He came to Earth, but we also know that He is the second person in the Trinity. He was (and always will be) the Son of God in eternity past. I know this in faith, but I never understood Son in that sense.
🤣🤣 when Jesus says he wil not speak in parables anymore ...what was his intention? to be as precise and clear as he can be? i fyou read that part....we see that his followers didn't see him as God. Jesus then says the only true God is The father. no mention of the trinity.
How can you actually believe a Prophet was God? Lol You really think Jesus was a God So in his Second Coming he will come back and tell you he is not God..
@1NationNetwork As Christians, we accept by faith that God is three persons - the trinity. Each a distinct person - Fother, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is God, and the three are one God. No one really understands this - but we believe this because that's what His word (scripture) says.

One of the most basic facts of John's gospel is that Thomas' God is the same as Jesus' God. So if Thomas is talking about his God, he must be talking about Jesus' God, who is indisputably the Father. Context is king.
@ABC123jd Psalm 45 also shows us that the Davidic King is also titled God without being the true God himself. Besides that, Jesus in John seems trying to stress that the Father is in him in such a powerful straightforward way that to encounter him and hear his words is to encounter the Father and hear his words. It's really shocking, but it seems to not be an indication that he is literally God, instead he is the next best thing, the conduit between God and men
I still don't understand. How does Jesus speak on our behalf to God if there's not Jesus and God, separation. Who was Jesus talking to before his crucifixion? I really want to learn.
Jesus is his own identity with his own divine will. Jesus is more than a human. He is the first creation. Jesus is not God. Anyone who preaches the Trinity or preaches that Jesus is God is not a Christian. To be a Christian means to be a disciple of Christ, to be his student and to teach the last commandments before Judgment. Jesus never taught he was God.
A son of God who lives in heaven with God is an ANGEL. Job 1:6. The ANGEL whom God sent to become the Messiah was given the name Jesus by divine direction.

@@SalimShaikh-vt3it : The term SON of God is given to intelligent beings whom God CREATED into existence. Humans need a partner to PROCREATE. God doesn't. Adam was a SON of God for that same reason (Luke 3:38). ALL ANGELS are SONS of God (Job 1:6). If an angel came and claimed that God, doesn't have sons, then logically, something is amiss.
God is 1 being but in Him there are 3 Persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. They co-exist from eternity. That's why you can read in Genesis: let US make humans in OUR image. Also read John 1, Jesus, the Word, was WITH God and WAS God. Jesus had doubts and fears because He became a human being, He had a human nature, and as a human, He could be afraid. He had humbled Himself to become like us. In that way He could fully represent us and set us free.
I believe that Jesus Christ and God the Father are 2 separate beings and that Jesus Christ is literally the son of God the Father. Personally I don't understand why people have a hard time accepting this. They are one in purpose. See Moroni 9:26
Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah as God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses, 'is the utterance of Jehovah, even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness of Jehovah God. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's.

I love the dedication and attempted scholarship of Jehovah's witnesses, however, I think it's hard to so strongly support the idea that Jesus was an Angel let alone Michael. Shortly put, that seems like a fun theory at best, but nothing solid (otherwise we'd all just be JW, right?). Aside from the lack of any New Testament writer simply just not ever explicitly saying or implying he was an Angel, Hebrews 1 specifically prohibits me from thinking Jesus was an Angel of any sort, Arch or otherwise. The goal of the Author is to dissuade his audience from likening the resurrrcted exalted Jesus to an Angel, despite them being a higher rank of being than humans. He rhetorically asks his audience "which Angel has God ever said [today I have begotten you...sit at my right hand] too?" The answer being "none of them" despite their higher status. Instead, the author notes, God has only ever said such a thing to a Human Being. Shortly put, if he was an Angel, either before he was born, or after his resurrection, the Author would just simply say, he said it to the Angel Michael, instead he is forcefully rhetoric, and asks the question in a way that would make the reader respond "non of them, he had never said that to any angels, only ever in an oracle (Psalm 45) to the promised human being King.
While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, saying, “What do you think about the Messiah?” Whose son is he? They said to him: “Son of David.” He said to them: “How then does David in the spirit call him Lord? Saying: The Lord said to my Lord: Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool. If David calls him Lord, how is he his son? But no one could answer him with a word. And from that day no one dared to ask him at all.” (Matthew 22:41-46) ......
I don't know about the deputy part, but you are spot on. Bravo. It referred to his status as the Davidically descended divinely chosen King, first and foremost. However, of possible interest to you, that's where Matthew and Luke eagerly come in, who seem to want to make sure to alter the text of Mark to make sure it includes the idea that he is *also* "son of God" because God was his "Father" the direct origin of his life, meaning, God was the cause of the pregnancy of his Mother, in other words God was the cause of his life starting in his Mother's womb, not any Human Man therefore God was his Father. In a more loose sense, God is his Father for creating him directly. He is like Adam (the other person Luke calls "son of God" in Luke 3:38) for being a human brought into existence by the direct will of God alone.
The Bible makes it clear that the Father is greater than the Son, not just in terms of authority but also in existence. When Jesus said, “The Father is greater than I” (John 14:28), he wasn’t just talking about his human nature. Even as a resurrected and glorified spirit, he acknowledged the Father’s superiority. Scriptures like Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 show that Jesus had a beginning as the “firstborn of all creation” and the “beginning of God’s creation,” which means he isn’t co-eternal with the Father, who has always existed. So, they’re not co-equal in any way. The Father-Son relationship is like that of a human father and son -- they share the same nature but differ in authority and origin, with the Father being both greater and older. So, the distinction between them is not merely a matter of role or position but also one of existence and precedence.
To answer that question: What is meant that "Man is made in the Image of God" 3 is the number of creation. Our Universe a 3 dimensional universe with height, width, depth. Time=past, present, future. The Elements=solid, liquid, gas. Atoms=proton, neutron, electron. 3 is the sacred number of Creation. God too is 3. God= Father, Son, Holy Spirit. But it is 3 added together that make the whole in this case. Same for man= Mind, Body and Spirit. Again 3 added together to make a whole person. So the correlation is Father=Mind, Jesus = Body (flesh), and Holy Spirit = Spirit. We, as God are a total of 3 parts added together that make the whole. That is to be made in the Image of God. So Jesus = Body of God. 1/3 of the whole.
The phrase “son of God” is used throughout the old testament and even in the New Testament with a clear consistent meaning. In every case son of god means someone who has a relationship with god or approved by him, and more importantly it meant NoT God. But somehow, only when talking about Jesus this term gets a new meaning opposite to its known meaning. Now it interpreted to mean godlike or divine being. The literal son of God. Both this meaning and the idea of god having a son is not consistent with the old testament.
Jesus said"The Father and I are one" he was saying he was a "God" in the flesh and did nothing but good works and was rewarded for this by death, you are responsible for your own sins.
I see no law preventing someone from believing he is the Messiah. I see no law preventing someone from quoting Scripture (Daniel, in his case). The fact that others might possibly interpret your words as claiming to be divine is not a blasphemy.
There is no law that prevents anyone from doing anything; the law only calls us out on our sin when we do things in opposition to it. Have no other gods before Me? Do not covet? Have you never read these in the Scriptures? Or are you saying Jesus was deceived when He applied the Scriptures about the Messiah to Himself?

without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God), abideth a priest continually. HEBREWS 7:3
In my honestly and earnest humble opinion I offer my understanding of Jesus and it's my preferred take on this historical case. Jesus was the son of god but just like the rest of us are the children of god. Jesus wasn't the product of a holy ghost and therefore a more direct descendant of god. On the contrary he was just like the rest of us today but his significance and story is remembered because of his example and living testimony. His understanding of god and the real world ideal was so revolutionary that it was easier to explain away via a mystical holy ghost. The holy ghost is really the revelations he daily and freely espoused and what which ultimately made him a martyr of his preaching. His closeness to god was the closest which explains his son of god label. But remember, he was Jewish and a student of John the baptist. Jesus and his story survives today and against all odds and in the face of alternative religion and growing atheism. Why though? Not because we recall him as a labelled son of god but rather because of his significant historical example of convincingly preaching the word of the actual god all the conducting himself as a sincere and real disciples of such said god. Jesus is a son of god and the one most prominent and historically successful example of such a god. The rest is up to us now though and we need to realise that to demi god jesus or merge him with the real god is a practice of blasphemy. No human should be above god. God asks us to be equal to each other and not celebrate nor encourage demigod praising. Jesus was a brave human soldier of god's word and it cost him his life at the hands of the cruel Romans. The Jews didn't crucify jesus, the Romans did. The Roman catholic church though writes this fact out of that history. jesus was never god born on earth. Of this so then why did jesus famously exclaim at his time of crusifixtion:" god, why have you forsaken me!?". He was flesh and blood human and a son of god like the rest of us. His all too impressive example and story that survives today ,despite enormous opposition and quite embarrassing trends , is testimony to the real history: that is that jesus was the first recorded example of human descent against a sin riddled governing system that actively sought to undermine the more idealistic equality based preachings that the god concept has long offered it's followers since it's inception. to say Islam is a continuation of Jesus is folly. To say Jesus was the holy ghost product of god is to be mystic and unserious about your beliefs. Jesus is best understood as the oldest example of human decency in the face of human sin and power structures. When one reads the Bible observing the inputs regarding jesus only, one is exposed to real and ancient wisdom that is almost impossible to hear from modern day living peer groups today and at all. Even I couldn't tell you better than he had and I'm a product of this modern world
God in human form would just be God. Not God's son. Is the son of David David? Is the son of Abraham Abraham? Jesus being God's son is evidence that he's someone other than God.

I wouldn’t say it’s what allows for salvation or is a form of salvation. Baptism is the personal experience that the Christian undergoes after being saved or in the moment of being saved as a declaration of their faith and new life in Christ.
Jesus is the Son of God by being also the Son of Virgin Mother Mary (Luke 1:35 KJV). It is her (hence, our) flesh He died and her (hence our) blood He bled to (our) death on the Cross that His eternal immortal Divinity raised from the dead. "Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. (Colossians 2:12 KJV)"
Thy are different, Jesus is the only begotten son. In love 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will
For God so loved the world that HE gave his only begotten Son... The, "Jesus is God," believers like for this to say, ...God gave his only begotten SELF... God has a Son. The Son has a God. The Father has a Son. The Son has a Father. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ... For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. But go tell my brethren I go to MY FATHER and to your Father and to MY GOD and your God. So, if Jesus is God then scripture would say, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten God.... Blessed be the God of our God. That the God of our God. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our God. There is no way that Jesus is God. The only way the bible makes sense if you allow the bible to tell you what itself says instead of making it say what it does not say. The bible makes sense when you believe that Jesus IS NOT GOD but that JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD.

Philippians 2: 7 but laid aside his mighty power and glory, taking the disguise of a slave and becoming like men. 8 And he humbled himself even further, going so far as actually to die a criminal’s death on a cross. 9 Yet it was because of this that God raised him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other name,
Seriously? Surely, literally or metphorically, the phrase Son of God means he is one other than God? How can you quote the Luke 1:35 and claim that God did not father Jesus ? The Father-Son description must be the oldest in human history and everyone uinderstands it. At his trial rhe High Priest demanded to know if Jesus was the Messiah (Christ), the Son of God, not if he was God. In reply, Jesus identified himself with the messianic figure in Daniel, a Son of Man ' who is different from God who is pictured as the Ancient of days. Indeed, the Jews had no thought of their messiah being God himself, but of his being God's anointed one . There is no scripture where Jesus claims clearly and unambiguously to be God. The language oof nature/ essence. /sunstance is not found in scripture but is the language of Greek philosophy and was employed in post -apostolic times by Apologists schooled in platonism. Heb 1 :3 shows not that Jesus is God, but is brightness of his glory, his image. An image is not the real thing but a representation of it. Being the image of God means that you are not God. If Judas was not the literal Son of Perdition but only a representation of it, then what does that really say about Jesus? It does not make him God, but someone displaying his qulaities, his servant, his promised anointed One ? The idea that Jesus is his own Father or Fathered himself is ridiculous. The truth is much simpler: Whether literally or metaphorically, Jesus is the Son of God and this means he is ione other than God.
@@GabeM972 : The problem with this is that the word God has a range of meanings and this is a quote from Psakm 45 :6, words addresed to a Hebrew King. Do you think the Hebrew King was literally God ? He was 'God' in a representational sense in that he sat on God's throne; as God's representative, his agent. Furthermore, Hebrews 1 : 9 informs us that the Son has a God himmself. Clearly, a God who himself has a God cannot be the ultimate God. I may add that many translations render the verse in Psalms differentlyn and that the term 'God/god' is applied in scripture to Moses; Hebrerw Kings; Judges; Angels and even the Devil.
Context is king: Peter in Acts 2, is telling the Jews that God had resurrected Jesus; that Jesus had ascended to heaven and was now sitting at the right hand of God. Furthermore, God made Jesus both Lord and Christ. Yes, the very Jesus they had rejected and executed was the promised messiah (Christ) and God's actions after his death had proved this. The Jews asked Peter what they had to do. Peter replied with the words of v28. However, this was much more than a simple single act. They had to repent. They had to acknowledge that Jesus was the promised mesiah (Christ) and if they did, the same holy spirit that had been poured out on those in the upper room would be given to them. Peter explained in his letter :" "Which (water) in manner corresponding, doth now save you also- even immersion -Not a putting away of the filth of the flesh but the request unto God for a good conscience through the resurrection of Jesus Christ."(1 Pet 3 :21). Peter had linked this statement to the account of Noah and his family surviving the flood through their obedience to God . Thus, salvation is much more than a one time act of baptism, but a continued living in accord with the profession of faith that Jesus is the Christ and that through his shed blood our sins are forgiven.

Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen. I said not to them except what You commanded me - to worship God, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness. If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise
Truly, Truly, You do err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of The Most High. Ponder this: If The Most High Set-Apart (Holy) Spirit were to bring-forth, of His substance, a visible Only Son, before the foundation of the world, what would He be like in appearance, attributes, and mannerism? Here lies the key to understanding..
Jesus is the "Christ", as he is the Dragon, that old Serpent called the "Devil"...he is the Son of GOD as he is the GOD-Father and not the Father-GOD...he is holding a Scroll! He sits in the Temple of GOD, Declaring himself GOD, showing all that he is GOD by Promising all the Kingdoms of this World if we Worship him in Heaven! We Bind him on Earth as it is in Heaven! "Our Father"! Yeshua is in the Grave Fulfilling 3-Days, as one day is but one-thousand years! Yeshua is the Son of Man! As for Perdition, that is Ever-Lasting! ...It's time to know the Truth! Read the Book of Revelation, it is the Testimony of Jesus Christ, the Dragon of Revelation! Truly!
This truth escapes the Gnostic mind, which is good for us. Jehovah's Witnesses (along with Muslims, Jews, and other antichrists) ignore what the Apostle John wrote in his Gospel and in his epistles. This is why the antichrist Atheists want to throw all of John's work out of the bible. That's good for us. Most bible translation committees are hostile to the doctrine that Jesus is the Son of God (in the sense that He is God indeed). You can see it in how they translate the new versions. Instead of translating the scriptures that say that Jesus is the Creator, they say that all things were made THROUGH Him. This is intended to obscure His identity as the Creator. We have an army arrayed against us and against our King. That's good for us.
It means what Jesus taught Jesus made it clear as mentioned repeatedly by Him and His followers Jesus is the Son of God, the Father. Why does everybody want to make Jesus God if Jesus Himself did not?? God is logical not illogical. Mark 1:1 ESV [1] The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Clearly Son) Mark 10:18 ESV [18] And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God ALONE. Mark 10:18 ESV Matthew 11:27 ESV [27] All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. John 6:46 ESV [46] not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is FROM God; he has seen the Father. Philippians 2:11 ESV [11] and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (of the two who is God here?). Ephesians 4:6 ESV [6] one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (God is the Father of Jesus Christ, the firstborn, and believers who are the brothers and sisters of Jesus. Only one God) John 8:54-55 ESV [54] Jesus answered, “If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God.’ [55] But you have not known him. I know him. If I were to say that I do not know him, I would be a liar like you, but I do know him and I keep his word. (God the Father glorifies His Son Jesus, without God l, Jesus is nothing. Not my words but Jesus words. Read again verse 54.) 1 John 5:1 ESV [1] Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him. (Who is God here? Clearly the Father with Jesus the firstborn) John 20:17 ESV [17] Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” (here Jesus made it clear that believers are his brothers and sisters. Read it again and again untill it sinks in) Colossians 1:15 ESV [15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. (Again, Jesus is the firstborn from the house of God, and Jesus will hand all powers back to His Father and our Father, if you believe.) Colossians 1:18 ESV [18] And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. Matthew 12:50 ESV [50] For whoever DOES the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” Acts 7:55-56 ESV [55] But he, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. [56] And he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.” (Who is standing at the right hand of God?) John 10:29-30 ESV [29] My Father, who has given them to me,is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. [30] I and the Father are one.” (Do not confuse this oneness wirh being separate beings. A very good example is the Body of Christ, the Church of God) Believers are the Body and believes the Church, and they are one. That is what is meant by Jesus "I and rhe Father are one.. " Jesus never claimed even once to be God. Nor is rhe Holy Spirit called God. They are part of the trinity. We can be part of the trinity if you have the Holy Spirit in your heart 1 John 5:7-13 ESV [7] For there are THREE that testify: [8] the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree. (oneness) [9] If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son. [10] Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son. [11] And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. [13] I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.
In John 17:3, Jesus calls his Father, "the only true God." Jesus only claimed to be God's Son. (John 10:36) Philippians 2:6 says that Jesus “did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,” (ESV) showing that Jesus was not equal to God.
Greetings Nelson, sent this message prior to another gentleman, but wanted to forward to you. Trinity, false doctrine The trinity doctrine is pagan, a man-made doctrine, taught by demons. Anyone who teaches that Jesus is fully God and yet fully human is a liar. The incarnation taught by men, defined as God becoming flesh is a lie. A mans' doctrine, taught by a man to another man, by a man with no understanding. You mentioned 1 Corinthians 8, so what does this book teach on the relationship between Elohim and Yeshua? For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. Paul is telling you that there is one (1) God and one (1) Lord. Why does he say Jesus Christ, by whom are all things? How did God create the heavens and earth? He spoke them into existence. When you read Johns' gospel how does it start? In the beginning, ever heard this before? A Hebrew/Jew understands that if a scriptural text is referenced then the listener needs to be fully cognizant about the refenced text, as it will have bearing on the meaning of what is being said. When John says the word was God or God was the word, whichever translation you read: John is telling you that God was the "orator". God was speaking the creation into existence. This is the reason that Christ is called the word of God; this is his origin. Hebrews 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (He made the worlds through Christ) Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ. (He made/spoke all things through Christ) Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God. (Christ testifies of himself that he was the beginning of the creation) Further in 1 Corinthians we find: 1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. (appears we have a chain of command, not equality) John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. Further in 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. (Christ is in subjection to his Father) Zebedees' wife asked if her sons could sit on the right and left of Christ in the kingdom. His answer: Matthew 20:20-23 And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father. (why is Christ deferring to his Father?) Matthew 24:35-36 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Christ said the temple (called heaven and earth by the Jews) would be destroyed. But why didn't he know the day and hour? Because the scripture states it had an appointed (kairos) time to happen, and the Father is the one who appointed that time. Mans' doctrine of the incarnation: God came down and took on flesh. The scriptures doctrine of the incarnation: 1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (God sent his son, not himself) John repeats this doctrine in 2 John 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (share this scripture with a trinity teacher) Lastly, will leave you with this thought and it is not a paradox. It can be fully understood. God is not a God of confusion. Can God be tempted by evil? The answer is no. Was Jesus Christ tempted by evil? The answer is yes, in every way. Do you see the doctrinal problem of the trinity? God came down to earth, became a man, acted as if he could be tempted, when in all reality he can't be tempted........The gospel becomes a farce, laughable. Just a side show people, nothing to see here...... These words are strong, but sent in love. Not to condemn you. A man that loves you will tell you the truth, this happened today. I love you, your friend
Greetings, being dunked in water was an outward expression of a person's decision to repent. Taking a bath may wash away dirt, but does not change a man's heart. Was the Messiah baptizing men? No John 4:1-2 Was Paul baptizing men? No 1 Corinthians 1:12-17 your friend
Greetings, why did John the Baptist baptize people? For repentance. An outward expression for people to know you have decided to leave/stop a sinful life. Was there a greater baptism than being submerged in water? yes John said: I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: What about this baptism? They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory. 38 But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized. Which is the greater baptism? Johns or Christs? It is Christs, and no water is needed. And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Greetings, is Abraham in heaven? Is Moses in heaven? Or have they lost their souls? Paul was handpicked by Christ to take the gospel to the gentiles. He said: For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. Per your doctrine Christ has made a mistake. Per your doctrine Paul has made a mistake.
Yes, TRINITY AND ONENESS doctrines are both born from the pit of hell. Both doctrines are totally wrong and NOT scriptural. FALSE DOCTRINES : God the Son. God the Holy Ghost. Jesus is God. Jesus is the Father. Jesus is the Holy Ghost. Three in one. Three manifestations, God incarnate. God became flesh, God became a man.... NONE of these are written in the bible. But guess what is? The Son of God... THAT can be found written in the bible exactly in the bible 40x. God the Father... can be found written in the bible 7x. Jesus saying, MY GOD, also found written in the bible 7x
I personally think He is the Son, cause He is the first born of the humans that would become the children of God. That's probably why He used to submit to God, and why He said things like "My Father is greater" or "Only the Father knows the time" cause He had two natures, and when He said that it was probably His human nature. Im not too sure though🤔🤔

Father, Son, Holy Spirit are God. The Trinity never had a ‘beginning’ for Elohim ALWAYS HAS EXISTED. Therefore even before the incarnation Jesus was/is the ETERNAL Son. John 1:1. This is foundational Orthodox Trinitarian Christianity. Helpful reading is the Patristics like Athanasius, Origin, Hillary of Poitiers….the Nicene Fathers
So God created Jesus 2000 years ago which is Just himself in human form. One half is God with full divinity. Not a part of god but God Himself and the other Half is also God but of human nature and experiences humanity but doesn't sin? It is confusing and I've yet to get a clear answer

God is sprit . ISAIAH CHAPTER 9 predicted the coming of the ALMIGHTY. The ALMIGHTY is GOD. When JESUS came on earth for you to see him face to face because God is spirit. JESUS IS GOD. The heaven is for God only there is no other God's. JESUS IS GOD HIMSELF
I believe God the Father and Jesus Christ are 2 separate beings. And Jesus Christ is literally the son of God the father. And fortunately I believe God won't condemn us for getting it wrong at this point in time
@benjaminsmith2000 No, that was only for the Jew's all you have to do is have a relationship with christ like you have a relationship with your own father, tell him what you are doing in your life

Is there a scripture that specifically says Jesus was God manifest in the flesh.? Does this mean that Jesus was fully God? Does that mean that God died?

@@Ben-qq1tk : I'm not sure if you are quoting Hebrews to show me somehow that Jesus is God in the flesh or to support the deity oif Christ. Either way, this passage and the entire book of Hebrews should be problematic for you. What is the purpose of this letter/book written to Hebrerw Christians? Throughout the book, the author argues for the superiority of the Christ over the Law; the High Priest; The Temple etc - indeed all things once sacred to Jewish believers. Think! Why is he having to do this? If his audience of Hebrew Christians already believed that Jesus was 'God', the entire book would be pointless. The very fact he is making these arguments shows that they clearly did not believe Jesus to be YHWH, but believed him to be the Messiah?Christ, Son of God. To back up arguments that the Son is now exalted in heaven at God's right hand as messianic King , the writer quotes from Psalms. Verse 8 is quote from Psalm 45 where a Hebrew King is called 'God'. Was the King really God in the flesh, or was he only God in a representational sense, or lesser sense, as the one who sat on God's throne as his representative? The same is being applied to Jesus as the messianic King ! That is why in verse 9 the King/God Jesus in anointed with oil by his God. Clearly , one who has a God, is not the ultimate God.
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Yet billions of Muslim's would disagree. Jesus in their view was just a minor prophet. Hindu's wouldn't agree either. Funny how geography has a bearing upon what people believe about Jesus.
I don’t completely buy it. Why would God become human? What would have been his reason? If the Bible is accurate, Jesus speaks about God in the 3rd person consistently, not first. Lastly, does it matter which way Jesus is viewed? Isn’t the key point of Christianity to accept Jesus as the messiah?
Thanks!
God manifested himself in the flesh to reconcile the world to HIMSELF
True but that doesn't explain what it means to be the "Son" yet to eternally exist.
To have been "Begotten" not "Made"
Isaiah 9:6 NKJV

After saying that God subjected all things under Jesus's feet, Paul clarifies in verse 27: "But when he says all things have been subjected, it is evident that this does not include the One who subjected all things to him."
1 John 5:7, 8, the King James version says: “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Notice that Jesus is praying to his God, which indicates that he's someone other than God.
Debate on the Claim that Jesus is the Son of God
The Quran denies that God has a son:
Surah Maryam (19:35): "It is not for Allah to take a son. Glory be to Him! When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is." This verse refutes the idea that God has a son and affirms that God has no partners.
The Bible does not explicitly state that Jesus claimed to be the Son of God:
John 14:28: Jesus says, "The Father is greater than I." This indicates that God is greater than Jesus, supporting the idea that Jesus is not God or His son.
Jesus is considered a prophet in the Bible:
Matthew 19:16-17: "And behold, a man came up to him, saying, 'Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?' And he said to him, 'Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good.'” Jesus here denies being the only good one and refers to God.
Jesus is regarded as a messenger in Islam:
Surah Aal-E-Imran (3:52): "When Jesus felt [persistent] disbelief from them, he said, 'Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah?' The disciples said, 'We are supporters of Allah. We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims.'" This verse shows that Jesus followed the commands of Allah and regarded himself as a servant of God.
Other holy scriptures affirm that God is one and has no children:
The Quran (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4): "Say, 'He is Allah, [Who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.'" This confirms the oneness of God and denies the concept of divine offspring.
I am Jesus.

Then how did God die? How do you square the resurrection? Only God is good. Jesus is the SON of God.
@@ScottRock-mr6qk Hello brother. I agree with you. I see Jesus as a human who is the son of God. He became the son at his baptism. I don't think the resurrection makes any sense if he is God himself. Any thoughts?
@@BENJAMINJAMESSMITH2000 Being baptized is to be born again of the father. It's the beginning of your new life without sin.
Thanks to the explanation of the phrase "son of God," in Jewish understanding that Jesus claiming himself as God, thanks brother❤

Longer Answer:
While in Orthodoxy Jesus is the "son of God" because he is "God made manifest in human form", instead, biblically, Jesus is the son of God because he was the "King of Israel", two near synonymous terms in fact.
I've been thinking about the Holy Trinity a lot. It's fascinating, but kinda complex. This video was really helpful.
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
In a sense of God becoming in human form. That's on point

Anyone who preaches the Trinity or preaches that Jesus is God is not a Christian. To be a Christian means to be a disciple of Christ, to be his student and to teach the last commandments before
Judgment. Jesus never taught he was God.
A son of God who lives in heaven with God is an ANGEL. Job 1:6.

Thank you, Jesus
If Jesus was God, then why did he "talk" to God as a separate entity? And why did he have doubts and fears before he was to be killed?
My questions exactly!
I remember this particular chapter. This was before he was to be crucified.
Jesus is a prophet and never was son of god.
Somewhere along the line someone claim he is son of god without thinking.
we dont believe muslim lies
Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah as God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses, 'is the utterance of Jehovah, even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness of Jehovah God. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's.
God had no son god create adam as also without father or mother there is no other god except one allah allah have no partner Mohammad esha as prophet messenger of allah so pray to allah not jesus beleive in akhirat after the dead judgement day ok
'Son of God' is a title. This titlewas used by the Davidic king when he was acting as a deputy to a Jewish High Priest.
Lev 24:16*
Regardless, Amen
Jesus is the father incarnate
If Jesus peace be up on him was Son of GOD then who is Adam 😊
Amen.
Good job!

Confused ?

If im not wrong , Adam and others were called Son of God, how is it different from Jesus being called the son of God?
Adding John 5:17-18 would have been good
I wouldn’t say it’s what allows for salvation or is a form of salvation. Baptism is the personal experience that the Christian undergoes after being saved or in the moment of being saved as a declaration of their faith and new life in Christ.
Longer Answer:
While in Orthodoxy Jesus is the "son of God" because he is "God made manifest in human form", instead, biblically, Jesus is the son of God because he was the "King of Israel", two near synonymous terms in fact.

Jesus was The Son of God before He came to earth as a man....John 3:16
@@BENJAMINJAMESSMITH2000 : What do you think ?
God the Father calls the Son God and Lord in Hebrews 1. God is a relational being with Himself
@@achitamo As God's Anointed One, his promised Messiah, God was working through his Christ. As the Son of God, his image, Jesus perfectly reflected his Father's qualities.
God will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allāh?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself.

Where is GODS right hand? Of power and Glory,JESUS IS THE ONLY GOD WE WILL EVER KNOW GOD IS ONE!
So jesus was leing when he say the only true god is the father?
What about the angels?
Aren’t they the sons of God
Truly, Truly, You do err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of The Most High.
Ponder this:
If The Most High Set-Apart (Holy) Spirit were to bring-forth, of His substance, a visible Only Son, before the foundation of the world, what would He be like in appearance, attributes, and mannerism?
Bruh, he's son of God , and in sanatan dharm, we consider jesus as krishna's son, because Krishna is the god
It means what Jesus taught
Jesus made it clear as mentioned repeatedly by Him and His followers
Jesus is the Son of God, the Father. Why does everybody want to make Jesus God if Jesus Himself did not?? God is logical not illogical.
Mark 1:1 ESV
[1] The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Clearly Son)
Mark 10:18 ESV
[18] And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God ALONE.
Mark 10:18 ESV
Matthew 11:27 ESV
[27] All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
John 6:46 ESV
[46] not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is FROM God; he has seen the Father.
Philippians 2:11 ESV
[11] and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (of the two who is God here?).
Ephesians 4:6 ESV
[6] one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
(God is the Father of Jesus Christ, the firstborn, and believers who are the brothers and sisters of Jesus. Only one God)
John 8:54-55 ESV
[54] Jesus answered, “If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. Read again verse 54.)
1 John 5:1 ESV
[1] Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.
(Who is God here? Clearly the Father with Jesus the firstborn)
John 20:17 ESV
[17] Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” (here Jesus made it clear that believers are his brothers and sisters. Read it again and again untill it sinks in)
Colossians 1:15 ESV
[15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
(Again, Jesus is the firstborn from the house of God, and Jesus will hand all powers back to His Father and our Father, if you believe.)
Colossians 1:18 ESV
[18] And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.
Matthew 12:50 ESV
[50] For whoever DOES the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
Acts 7:55-56 ESV
[55] But he, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. [56] And he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”
(Who is standing at the right hand of God?)
John 10:29-30 ESV
[29] My Father, who has given them to me,is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. [30] I and the Father are one.”
(Do not confuse this oneness wirh being separate beings. A very good example is the Body of Christ, the Church of God)
Believers are the Body and believes the Church, and they are one. That is what is meant by Jesus "I and rhe Father are one.. "
Jesus never claimed even once to be God. Nor is rhe Holy Spirit called God. They are part of the trinity. We can be part of the trinity if you have the Holy Spirit in your heart
1 John 5:7-13 ESV
[7] For there are THREE that testify: [8] the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree. (oneness)
[9] If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son.
What would be the difference between 'mating' and being conceived by the Holy Spirit inside of Mary here? I'm curious to know the distinction.
Mary was the first surrogate mother. The Triune God placed Jesus as a Zygote into the womb of Mary for her to birth and raise.
It’s probably a 40 day water fast….
What the hell is this? So David is also God according to Psalm 2:7 and Solomon aswell in 1 Chronicles 28:6?
Praise our Lord God, Jesus Christ.
Trinity, false doctrine
The trinity doctrine is pagan, a man-made doctrine, taught by demons.
Hebrews 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (He made the worlds through Christ)
Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ. (He made/spoke all things through Christ)
Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God. (Christ testifies of himself that he was the beginning of the creation)
Further in 1 Corinthians we find: 1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
(Christ is in subjection to his Father)
Zebedees' wife asked if her sons could sit on the right and left of Christ in the kingdom. (why is Christ deferring to his Father?)
Matthew 24:35-36 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
(share this scripture with a trinity teacher)
Lastly, will leave you with this thought and it is not a paradox.
Greetings, no, baptism is not necessary to be born again. your friend
Was there a greater baptism than being submerged in water? yes John said:
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
What about this baptism?

Isnt all the bibles were edited and created long after Jesus died. Herein - the problem. Accuracy.
And spn of God
It means exactly what it says.

I believe God the Father and Jesus Christ are 2 separate beings. And Jesus Christ is literally the son of God the father. And fortunately I believe God won't condemn us for getting it wrong at this point in time

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Longer Answer:
While in Orthodoxy Jesus is the "son of God" because he is "God made manifest in human form", instead, biblically, Jesus is the son of God because he was the "King of Israel", two near synonymous terms in fact.
