Over the last few years, we have received many specific questions about Jesus. In this video, Daniel answers some of these questions by explaining why Jesus prayed to God if He was God.
The answer is found in understanding the Trinity, especially the relationship between God the Father and God the Son and their specific roles. God is One, but three persons with three different roles. We can not compare God to ourselves because He is on a higher level of existence than we are. One of the reason why people, even His chosen people dosen't believe that Jesus Christ was God is because He prayed to God the Father .... But actually Jesus Christ prayed to God the Father when He dwelt with us in this earth 2000 years ago because He is a perfect example for us to live like Him. Jesus Christ was doing those things because His purpose is to become an example on how to praise, pray and serve God.
So if the Son existing as a human creature (i.e. Jesus of Nazareth) was not (hypothetically speaking) required to be our example would he still have prayed to his Father in Heaven?
The answer is, yes. As a human creature, Jesus of Nazareth just like every other human creature, is commanded to be in relationship with God in heaven. Acts.17:24-31

jesus was healing people right infront of a none believer and said “no matter how many times it is right infront of you, you still will deny god” these people you just have to ignore as he did and continue to do good, right when they’re about to die, they will face death in it’s face and deal with gods decision. Thus My Word can only be accepted and understood by those who have received the love of the Truth, for they abide in Me and My spirit resides within them. For how can one who stands apart from Me know Me? And how can one who teaches his own way walk with Me in Mine?
Men do not have understanding of the Scriptures in themselves! Rather it is a gift from God, received through the Holy Spirit, given to those who have placed all their trust in The Holy One, embracing Me as I truly am. Or have you never read this Scripture: The fear of The Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of The Holy One is understanding? Therefore to those who have received is all revealed, and to those who have not received is all shut away. Shall the darkness understand the light? For only those of The Light, bathed in His glory, shall see; the rest left blinded.
For until one calls on the name of The Messiah,

Jesus prayed to his God and my God (John 20:17/Revelation 3:-12)
Jesus taught that the Father is the only true God (John 17:1-3/John 5:44) as did the apostles 1 Corinthians 8:4-6/Ephesians 4:6/1 Timothy 2:1-5)
There is no “God the Son” in scripture.
No capitals in Greek which is what the NT scriptures were written in.

God is most likely speaking to the angels like he does at Job 1:6/Job 2:1

Misinterpretation. When Jesus said no one comes to the Father except through him he was talking for God. In other words he was saying no one comes to the Father except through God(through him). I hope you're correct. I often feel a little guilty. I talk to Jesus daily but next to next talk to God unless I want something. To me Jesus is someone I can relate to, talk to, see and even read about. There is a level of human connection. I'm starting to feel a little like a needy child only going to God to wipe away my sins or listen to my odd praying. While in ways I definitely feel connected to christ.
How should we pray? Our Father, who art in Heaven. Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done. On Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread. I find the moments that the Gospels talk about Jesus praying to the father in the early morning, or away from the rest of the crowd to be reminders that Jesus didnt do anything unless the Father agreed. To be in perfect harmony together.

As for his going of to pray,,, that is the assumption of the apostles as to what he did when he went off alone. However we see what he was dong all those times when he goes with 3 of them up on the mount of transfiguration. this is what he was doing all those times, having fellowship with his friends in heaven. The Trinity, so well explained….something I have multiple times tried to explain to my Jehovah’s Witness husband to no avail, as they believe Jesus is not God but rather Michael the Archangel, I pray everyday for the Holy Spirit to give him the gift of understanding 🙏🏻

The idea of Jesus was with God in the beginning. Jesus is not eternal, he has a beginning whereas the Almighty Father does not. Jesus suffered death, he has a physical body where God cannot die nor does God have a physical form, He is invisible, truly a spirit. There is and never has been a Trinity. Stop following these false preachers!

Perhaps you should think before talking.
The Word of God and the Spirit of God is eternal God, the Word interact in the physical realm and the Holy Spirit in the spirit realm. Bible is clear, the Word of God MANIFESTED in flesh, representing fallen Adam to restore what Adam has lost, making a way for those who believe on him to be delivered from satan's bondage, restore our sonship and personal relationship with Him.
Still ONE God.
I believe what you are explaining and verse John 1:1-2 itself is so powerful will make anybody understand. But some times I feel like explaining to people the meaning of word WORD. Though I know it has been addressed to God.
