I love all of these! I enjoy doing and seeing wood crafts. However, I don't have a saw YET. I am the person that goes through the scrap bin at Home Depot. Well, until they started to charge me for the bigger pieces. I promise they were in the scrap bin 😇. I am this close to dumpster diving at the Home Depot! Whose with me? Thanks for sharing!😊
Love this video!!! I took your advice about finding discarded wood. We went axe 🪓 throwing with the kids, so I asked what they did with the old planks. He said they are on a pallet out back would you like some 😮umm yes please!!!!! I’ll meet you out back and load them for you AND he offered to cut off what I couldn’t use. Jackpot!!!! My husband just laughs and rolls his eyes and unloads them in our garage for me 😂

I love the last project with the trees. I was definitely picking up what you you were putting down. And I think it’s pure genius to make your own reusable stencils! One day when I am not terrified to use my Cricut (I’ve had it for a year) I will make some of these. I’m just extremely scared I’m going to tear it up or maybe it will catch on fire and destroy everything in my house and my family will have to find three large refrigerator boxes to live in under a bridge (we all need our own room that’s the reason for three boxes) and then at night we’ll have to dumpster dive to find new decor to decorate our new cardboard home, but then the police will show up one night and tell us we have 15 minutes to move on because the neighbors are complaining (Did I mention that we’ll be living under the bridge right behind my mother-in-law’s house? She’s never liked me, but she invites my husband and daughter over for dinner and my husband will try to stuff the spaghetti and meatballs into his pockets after dinner so he can bring it home for me, but if my MIL catches him she’ll make him give it back. But then one day while hanging out at the library (it’s the only place where we can hang out for the day as long as we keep quiet), I’ll see a RUclips video of someone doing a give away for - you guessed it - a Cricut (with all the tools and vinyl) so on a whim I enter and shockingly I actually win - but since I have no electricity I have to sneak behind the Kristy Kreme to use their outside outlets and I’ll see this wonderful RUclipsr making crafts using 2x4s. So I go one night with my husband to a new neighborhood being built next to the bridge and we dumpster dive for some 2x4s and hit the jackpot, and the next day I creep behind the Kristy Kreme and use some old paint and and brush that had been thrown out in the dumpster and I recreate this gorgeous sign I saw the lady on you RUclips made and as I’m admiring it, a gentleman in a fancy car stops next to me after getting his donuts from the drive-thru and asks if I made the sign. When I say “yes” he tells me that he owns a series of art galleries and would like to feature me as an up and coming artist in one of his galleries. I laugh hysterically, but turn over the sign and he come through the drive-thru a few days later (this time he buys me some donuts -yum) and tells me he sold the sign for $750,000 dollars and wants me to make more! He even provides me with a small area above one of his galleries which my family and I promptly move into, and I make signs all day and night and I can’t meet the demand because so many people want one, and within two months I’m a multimillionaire and have moved into a luxurious penthouse home with every amenity imaginable - and I am no longer scared of using my Cricut but I do have smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher nearby (just in case) and we live happily ever after. The end. Now I have to wonder……… someone with such a vivid imagination should surely be able to read the freakin’ directions and figure out how to use the Cricut - don’t you think?
