      The video shows 2 sets only. Every set takes around 4' and I give 2' rest between sets. Depending on the period, the aim and the objectives of the session you can do from 2 to 6 sets.

      Hi Tamin, 70m-11"~12" , 25m (full speed), 54m- 9"~10", 216m - 38"~40". Rest 20" between each rep and 2' rest. Total of 6 sets.

      So I searched for you in google and wiki. I think i saw you in uljin to winter training. Were you there(uljin) in 2013 or 2014? I was in gwanghee mid-school at that time. If youre right, It’s good to see you!
