i had to go inside the kosatka first to bring up the phone. and even then it teleported me to the city but without the rebreathers.
Finally got this done and it worked thank you so much you have no idea how much this bug was bothering me

Brother, I did the same as you, but in the submarine mission, I could not move quickly, and all the missions do not appear
Happens to me everytime I make new account and do the sub prep, thank you.
For anyone having problem do the submarine job drive you submarine to the other submarine use fast travel for your submarine its faster once you equipped rebreater in other sub go to your sub closet and save appearance. Then find new session and go to ammunition with save outfit should have no problem

ok thank you very much. But you dont have to start some job under water. You just must consume some rebreather and after that turn of your internet. And on next session continue in ammunation with saving some outfit with rebreather. Just a my note :)

It doesn’t show any jobs on my map even though i enabled jobs to teleport on Xbox

If you still having issues with job teleport then i recommend calling a boat or helicopter and travel to ammunation that way.

They patched it when u start the setup the missions are not there
You have to enter random in quick join on your phone then go on it again and quit phone before you start mission

@@HamedHassan-l7r i only know job teleport glitch for PC and PlayStation, but you don't have to teleport, you can go to nearest gun store.

Finally!!!!!! For Xbox players I messed up a bit but here’s my steps.
• I started the cayo and scooped the island.
• Then I started the sub mission
• I left the sub with a rebreather on.
• I started up a random job and joined it all the way through. Then I quit the mission.
• Afterwards I spawned in with the rebreather equipped so I flew to the ocean and used up a rebreather.
• (final step) I flew to a ammunition store and bought a mask now it’s in my gear.
I don’t got the submarine
If your friend got one that will also work.
Do i have to teleport?
You can travel by any means but that will take forever.
