Yeah you need to spawn on railway side of the map to camp this spot. Check my vids for tons of other spots in case you don't spawn on the right side of the map :)

Every time I try to rat at railway nobody comes until 10 minutes left in the raid when it’s time leave😢
Try ratting during peak hours, and pick auto selection of servers in the launcher..
