I'm hoping that a complete vitamin E complex supplement and adding some more spinach, avocados, ect in my diet helps my depression. I like to think that I eat a healthy low glycemic and well rounded diet, but I can see that I'm falling short on vitamin E consistently and this lack of motivation after an intense period of stress is not lifting and is really getting to me.
