lol i already did this, but instead i just line them frozen, get a spoon, scoop the garlic butter, pour it on each pizza roll, sprinkle on the grated parmesan, then cook them normally in the oven. they come out perfectly soft with a nice crunch, and that extra flavor baked into the rolls

Almost every Saturday Mom would fix them with ketsup and horseradish sauce ( cocktail sauce ) and we'd watch the Saturday night Bijou picture show ( Saturday night movie on TV ). That was over 60 years ago and never ate them like this. That's about to change!

Just press some fresh garlic, lightly melt some butter in the microwave real quick and mix them together. Add herbs if you want. Then coat the frozen rolls in it and put them on a parchment lined tray then add your Parmesan cheese and pop them in the oven. No frying necessary. Baked in flavor is the best! 😉👍

We have an expression in Ireland 🇮🇪, it from an old RTE game show, where you had to exclaim "stop the lights" to answer or whatever. Well, we use that expression for a lot of things, like reacting to gossip or as an expression of joy. Well, Jordan came close to it with his "Stop"
Do it in a sive or pasta strainer over a bowl. Makes the Parmesan stick. Soaking in garlic butter, it washes the parmesan off. If it's too little, drain the bowl into a cup or something and go again.
I cannot tell you how much I love his videos. I which Jordan much success. I do however worry about his diet. He is young and fit, but eating like that will catch up with him.
I premake 2-3lbs of compound butter at a time and keep it in my freezer. If butter is on a good sale or if I'm doing a Costco run, that is the best time. I'm a single mom, I LOVE to cook, but don't get to do the whole thing as much as I want. I have an incomplete C3-C4 spinal cord injury--I can still use my hands but they get tired really fast, so I am all about pre-prep tricks. I either roast whole heads of garlic or confit the pre-peeled kind from a bag, then blitz it in my countertop 3cup food processor into a paste with some fresh parsley; I put the parsley in right at the end because you want it to still look like parsley, not swamp-ass green garlic paste (can you tell I've made this mistake before?) Then I throw it all in a bowl with room temp softened butter and a little extra salt. You can include a little bit of the oil you confit'ed the garlic in if you want, but be careful to only use about ½-1 teaspoon per stick of butter. You want it to still be butter at room temp for some uses. At this point I do a ton of various stuff with it for storage. I make some logs roughly the size of sticks of butter, roll them in clingwrap, and then put on a second layer--you can just cut off circles as you want them for stuff like this. (Butter picks up other flavors from the freezer really easily, and adding in oil from cooking the garlic makes this even worse, so I layer everything then keep it all in freezer bags.) I also have these silicone freezer trays from when I made all my daughter's babyfood which are AWESOME for this. My personal favorite is to freeze some in ice cube trays then take them out and store them in a freezer bag....that would be my preferred method for something like this. You just grab a cube and it's the right amount. If you bake pizza rolls they come out hella crispy and take almost no work. If you have frozen garlic butter you could grab a cube and nuke it to melt it, and this could be a super easy 3am stoner snack. (It's currently 3:09am)
