That just proves that great minds think alike! My Granddaughter and I made potato soup tonite. It had many of the same ingredients in it that yours does. Also a ton of cheese and bacon in the soup and as a garnish, along with green onion. We also put cream cheese and sour cream in the soup. So good!

Made delicious vegetable beef soup . My son made cornbread was delicious also . Whe love soup . You And Family Stay Warm . And have A good Evening .😊

I haven't listened to this recipe but I've found a way to make potato soup taste better than any I've EVER tasted before. Miss 3 heaping tablespoons of McCormick country gravy mix in COLD water, and add to the soup. Just try it and you'll see. It makes other kinds of soup delicious too.
