The Texas Horned Lizard

Host Michelle takes a trip to San Antonio Zoo’s Center for Conservation Research to better understand the efforts being made to reintroduce the population of the Texas horned lizard to areas where it has disappeared. What she finds has a little something to do with wide open spaces and a population of harvester ants. You may be surprised to learn that sometimes very different species can end up quite connected through the environment they share.
