Hello ! Please tell me what you think about the use of lipid emulsions in patients with sepsis? If there is bacteremia, can lipids increase the growth of bacteria? In this case, is it better to use glucose and amino acids if enteral nutrition is insufficient? I will be grateful for the answer.
