On the secondary harness there is a ground and a brake detect. Do those need to be connected? I remember on older double dins we had to bypass it for a DVD but this doesn't have DVD?

I bought this radio in about four days ago. The screen went completely black, but it still plays music.
same, got a new one and it lasted 2 days. I ended up getting a Boss BE10ACP which is great so far (just had it installed today lol)

How long do this radio hold up before malfunctional?
We didn't install this in any personal vehicle, so heave no idea. You get what you pay for in car audio, so the more you spend, the more quality the unit generally is.
